would not return call about battery shortage in order....
They sent my purchase to another state and will not reimburse me or give me money back. I have bought a lot of things off the Walmart site but I am done I try to talk to someone and I just keep getting the run around. I am not happy with this co or Walmart.
I received the solar powered LED string fairy lights, charged for 2 days and only half the string would light. I tried calling the phone number on the website numerous times for 2 days and always got a message "not available to take the call" and the mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. I tried to send an email to request return/refund/replacement information to the email address on my shipping envelope and received an undeliverable message saying the address I used
(listed on my envelope from Garden Star Inc.) did not have a yahoo email account. Definitely not a customer service oriented company. NOT a satisfied customer!
