Bought game through gamejiffy via Walmart and as I do not play on my Xbox 24/7 I didn't realize till months later that they had sent me the wrong game and now are refusing to give me a refund or send the correct game to me.i just want what I paid for

This Wal-Mart third party seller GameJiffy just got banned from Wal-Mart for selling me 2 Sony PlayStation 3 games and never reach out to the third party game publisher companies and the console manufacturer companies that holes intellectual property rights to there games and console systems and its specific region and models! This GameJiffy just did copyright infringement and IP Infringement selling and listing activity behavior!!! Once again, this GameJiffy is now in clear violation of International and National Federal law by all console manufacturer and third party game publisher companies that holds the intellectual property licensing rights to there own game software products and merchandises, do not at all engage with this fraudulent third party game company at all period! Copyright Infringement and IP Infringement is a serious matter and this third party company GameJiffy is under strict investigation by Wal-Mart, all the third party game publisher companies and console manufacturer companies Internationally and Nationally in every country and regions! This GameJiffy third party store or seller is totally unauthorized!

Ordered two video games thru Walmart from GameJiffy. Realized that day, wrong games for system. Asked to cancel order, they replied thru email it was already sent. Per tracking it wasn't sent until 8 days after I requested a cancel. Walmart would not return due to GameJiffy having their policy but wanted to be aware of their response. Emailed GameJiffy several more times was told to wait for the postman to refuse it, that would be the best for me, then maybe get the refund. Two new videogames still sealed. Contacted GameJiffy for last time and plan to leave my feedback wherever it is requested.

Horrible! They sent me the wrong game. I was actually OK with the wrong game and decided to keep it. They refunded me and told me to return the game in all caps BTW. I told them I would keep the wrong item and just rebill me... They then replied "return the game you have been FULLY refunded"...did they even read my email... Super frustrating. I wish I give negative stars.

Took several days to ship package once package shipped it was lost I reached out to Walmart.com who tried to contact gamejiffy when they failed to reply Walmart issued a refund and told me to keep it if it showed up. weeks later the game arrived all smashed up from poor packaging. Several weeks after the game arrived I began getting emails demanding the game even after I explained what happened. Do not order from them.

GameJiffy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don’t read emails or address the issue at hand. Instead, they try intimidating you by using your full name, capital letter and exclamation marks as if yelling at you through a keyboard. I went three weeks without a response from them after sending several messages as I was concerned on whether my package would arrive in time. Weeks went by without a response. I then became nervous as if I would ever receive the package and if I would get my money back. I then received the package, three weeks late and they sent a hateful message telling me the package had been delivered and the tracking number. They also talked as if I were an idiot and “helped” me look for my package by checking other doors. Then they used my full name and capital letters with exclamation points telling me they expect me to return the item now that they’ve issued a refund (except for shipping and return shipping because that’s fair, they don’t communicate with me and then expect me to send it back?!?!?) I wrote several emails trying to explain what happened in the 3 week delay and then I did receive the item. It was clear they never read the emails and just continued being rude. I now know why they had such a poor rating and will definitely be willing to pay more to avoid having to deal with them.

I ordered a game for switch, paid extra for delivery by Dec 24, it did not arrive on time. I wrote to ask for a refund for the additional charge only, and they responded with the reason being delays associated with the USPS. I responded back saying I understood but I could have not paid the additional fee for delivery by the 24 and received it days later. They again responded, this time saying the game was delivered and I should ask family and neighbors if they got it. Note, this response from them made no sense as I never said I didn't get it, just that I wanted addl fee refunded. This company is crap, dont order from them. I will just dispute the charge with credit card and let them figure it out.

Do not order from this company through any of their sell point locations. They sent me a disc that appears to be a black marketed copy of the game with software that does not work. When I tried to initiate a return/refund explaining the situation with the game, they sent me emails about how my order was delayed due to covid and they refuse to address the situation. Their customer service appears to be non-existent. It's just not worth the hassle and I will probably end up eating the money that I spent on a bad disc from clearly a terrible company based on the numerous complaints about them.

Well, I wish I would have read this before I ordered. Having the same issues as everyone else. Ordered with guarenteed before Christmas delivery and it still has not arrived. All I have been told is to wait due to shipping delays. Sounds like we are not getting the game or our money back. BUYER BEWARE!

Awful customer service. I ordered a game at walmart.com and unbeknowst to me, the order was fulfilled through Game Jiffy. The game was a Christmas gift, and the recipient never received the item. I attempted to contact walmart.com, and they forwarded my request to Game Jiffy. They did not respond. I then contacted Game Jiffy directly and requested a refund as the item was never received. They will not provide a refund and said the item is still in transit and they can't do anything about it.
