My daughter purchased an iPhone 12 for $392 dollars and change it was supposed to be delivered on September 5th to our home address the photo provided as proof of delivery by the UPS driver was absolutely horrible in quality and wasn't our house! It has still not been found after numerous calls to Amazon and UPS as well as claims filed! This whole experience has been terrible. Never again
Do not allow Walmart to purchase your item from this third party supplier. I bought Apple earbuds for a birthday present assuming they were purchased from Walmart and following Walmart's good return policy. The bearbuds were defective, never worked, Walmart said we would have to contact the third party, Gateway Replay who told me that the warranty period had expired. I had bought them in advance because it was a present just like you would do for Christmas presents. Gateway is totally an unethical company to deal with and basically I am out $220 some dollars and earbuds that don't work.
