Just had a email from this web site [email protected] they advertised dogs for adoption it a scam site or legal.it say they base in falkirk I also managed to get phone number 07743399243. I'm forgiving one star as I'm not sure weather it a scam

This company is unreliable, I waited around for my package that continued to state in transit..at one moment I kept clicking on status there was an error message. I contacted seller through email but they continued to be dishonest about delivery through Walmart services via FedEx. I will not be purchasing again!!! I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED PACKAGE BUT CONTINUED TO SAY IN TRANSIT FOR AN OLD DATE!!!!!

Do not purchase from this company. I will be taking this to tiktok etc but There should be no hassle when returning but this seller do not want to return money .

Absolutely horrified with my experience with furry fun house. They accidentally marked a loft bed at a low price, I bought and paid for it, then to cover up their mistake they pretended to be walmart customer service to try and get me to cancel my order. They eventually canceled my order and said it was out of stock. It is stick currently being sold on walmarts website for its original price. So upset with this seller. Going to pursue to see if walmart will remove as a seller.

If I would of known or read all this info before purchasing from this company, I would of save the trouble and headache what I’m going through myself now. It really is a shame!!!!

Contact through Walmart is the only way to communicate. And if you’re luck enough to get a return email and respond to it forget ever hearing back. This company is taking advantage of the Walmart name to push products that are not up to par and in no way intend to make things right with a customer.

First off I wouldn’t recommend anyone to your store I will everyday leave bad reviews on y’all website to show everyone how y’all refuse to contact anyone on anything and how my kids have to sleep on the floor for a week going to make two weeks now bad for business and very unprofessional and tomorrow and everyday I will leave a bad review thank you for not answering or helping

I ordered a futon sofa bed for my daughter and it came missing parts. It has been over a week now and I haven't gotten a straight answer as to when will we get the missing part and cannot get through to the phone number provided by Walmart. The phone is always busy. I have called Walmart multiple parts and although they are nice on the phone, have not been able to offer any resolution. I do not recommend this company at all.

This company sent me a couch 15 shades darker then the photo. It has been almost 2 month and they won’t let me return it and keep offering me $50-$100 to keep it so it can bring “joy” to my family. There has been well over 20 emails and now they have delayed over a week to contact the “manufacturer” about how different the couch looks (after they demanded photos) because they won’t let me return it. I have seen $0 out of my $600. I have contacted the BBB. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

We ordered a bed for our daughters birthday. Planned out enough time to receive it and wanted to surprise her. Unfortunately it never arrived on time, seller had no answer as to why. Ended up shipping to me 4 days after I was supposed to have the bed. When it did come we only got half the order and no one had a clue where the other box was. The seller never answers me. Luckily Walmart.com was wonderful and refunded me ASAP. I do not recommend buying from furry fun house! Don’t do it!
