If I can give zero star to this company I sure do that! They have not resolved my issue with one product that I have ordered through Amazon. This delivery never came. I have been charged and they have canceled the product and not giving me any re-empurar y yet.

I bought two of the upholstered chairs and when I opened the box, there was a hard block, looked like the foam had totally melted?

I have tried sending emails, etc. to no avail. Customer Service is absolutely the worst. I ordered this through Amazon, so they are handling it as well.

What good are the upholstered slip covers without the stuffing to make it into a chair. PLEASE MAKE MY ORDER RIGHT so I can give these to my

grandchildren for their birthdays.

Do not do business with this company! Will be filing a law suit!

Absolute worst customer service! I want to return an item, have emailed them several times with no response. One star rating is generous.

This has been the worst experience. I purchased a dresser and there were duplicate posts in the box so it couldn’t be built. We contacted them, sent some pictures, sent them everything they needed and of course they were out of the unit and wanted to offer me another one. I said OK, send me it, even though it was $40 cheaper than the one I had originally bought. I told them that they should refund me the difference. They told me sorry, we don’t price match and we will just go ahead and send you a return shipping label. I told them no, I don’t want to return the item I just want a dresser. And of course there’s no number to contact them and I am so freaking mad. Don’t buy from this company. Make sure that Amazon doesn’t sell you crap from this company either.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Sent Broken crib and have had nothing but a run around trying to get it replaced. Sent all pictures and info requested and was promised a replacement..that never happened. Can't reach a live person ..still no refund!! They aren't even 1 star worthy
