Customer service failure. Sent wrong item. Won't credit for the correct item unless / until they receive return of the wrong item they sent. This violates federal law. Nowhere on websites do they give their location. We had to use other means to find the location to file complaint with the State Attorney General. They don't care if they violate the law.

Ordered 3 Bras from them off amazon, they sent me a shirt.

Please go bankrupt you scammers.

If I could leave -5 stars I would!!! This company is 100% a thief!! I placed an order September 29,2020 and still to this day tracking info says "check back later". I just talked to customer service and they informed me that there is nothing they they can do. They can't refund my money or send a replacement. Karma!!!!

I agree with the above buyer..you send without info on returning the product....you let them use your name, Walmart, and it’s a total sham! Send info on returns!

Full Beauty Brands is using your good name to rip off your customers ,,,I bought a pair of shoes thinking this was Walmart at $49.99 only to find the real Walmart was selling the same shoe for $28.73 to add insult they sent the shoes with out a receipt and if I want to send back I’m on my own and I must pay for the shipping since they don’t send a return label

I would hope you would have vetted this company before you let them use your good name ,,check out their reviews the score a 1.54 out of 5 ,and 87 percent think they are undesirable,,,,do you want them representing your company

I visit the Rivervale and Boonton NJ Walmart at least twice a week ,,,it is also our pharmacy ,,please return my email and let me know what action you can take ,,, can’t rate you don’t have a zero
