Would leave a zero if possible. They listed an item incorrectly, shipped half of the products and then after I contacted did not want to honor price or ship the remaining product originally listed. Would never purchase from them again.

This company charged me twice the selling price. I spent $100 on two redkin items. I will never use Walmart marketplace again.

Ordered Pureology thru Walmart.com Sent the wrong product. Going on two weeks and cannot get a refund or replacement but yet they want the wrong prodcut sent back and won't replace till they get it. Walmart keeps telling me 24 to 48 hour response with no end in site. Terrible company. DO NOT ORDER

If I could give this seller zero stars I would. DO NOT BY FROM THEM!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY WILL SCAM YOU. For Christmas my mother in law bought R + CO Dallas Thickening Conditioner from Fresh Droplets and when I went to use it, I noticed the sealing on the bottle was removed. Then when I used the product it was not the same. I have been using this brand of shampoo and conditioner for over 3 years and I've been buying it from my salon so I know what's real and what is fake. THIS SELLER SELLS FAKE PRODUCTS. The "conditioner" I got from them made my hair waxy and dry. As soon as I got out of the shower I knew this was not the same conditioner I get from my salon. I will be calling and demanding we get our money back from this SCAM ARTIST.

Sears.com that was sold by Fresh droplets - the spray doesnt work and its been close to 3 weeks that i have been trying to return and get a refund but there’s been no resolution!

I messaged them about an item that says it was delivered by FedEx but never was received. They responded to me telling me I need to take it up with FedEx. FedEx naturally replaced their entire customer support team with a computer that offers no help. Tried calling them and it goes to voicemail with a full inbox. At the end of the day this reseller is completely incompetent and will not resolve any mistakes made by them or their partners.

Won’t order from this company again! I ordered 2 bottles of shampoo (plastic bottles) which they shipped in a Fed Ex bag rather than a box. During shipping, I’m assuming the bag was dropped because the cap was broken on the shampoo when I open it and it leaked out all over both bottles. Quite the mess! I emailed the company and they had the nerve to ask me how much shampoo was remaining in the bottle so they could prorate a credit. I know times are tough right now but are you kidding me??

Such a horrible service.. the product I ordered came opened and tampered..would never recommend this to anyone ..such terrible place to order anything .. don’t spend any money on them .. ZERO star ..

Purchased from this Seller via Walmart.com and they short-shipped Olaplex products to me. I ordered two of this item: Olaplex

($56 Value) Olaplex No. 4 and No. 5 Shampoo and Conditioner Set, 8.5oz and they shipped one set plus just the shampoo from the second set. After

repeated conversation, they refused to ship the Shampoo leaving me without the conditioner and a loss of $27.50+ shipping out of my pocket. During challenges of Covid and making choices for purchase, I would not recommend this supplier. Not sure why Walmart continues to work with Vendors that take money out of the consumer's pocket. This is a reflection on Walmart and the Vendor's validity.

Product not same as I ordered from cosmetic store

Fresh droplets is a scam. Please don't use them. The product they shipped wasn't even close to what I ordered. Don't waste your time with them.

Be careful of 3rd party marketplaces on purchases via Walmart.com. Fresh Droplets (fantastic name if you’re in the fertilizer business) doesn’t seem to pay much attention to their images and/or product descriptions. Received an incorrect item and they refused to replace or refund. Amateur operation.

Placed an order. It was not received at our home. They refuse to replace it.

I only give them one star because 0 stars were not an option. This place is a scam. They send out defective items (mine was mousse that was half empty with a spout from a completely other brand) and refuse to exchange for a new rather than damaged-out product or to issue a refund. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
