like everyone else here, i give this fake, scamming company a ZERO RATING, & i also thought i was ordering from walmart......i ordered a 3d printer as a graduation gift for my grandson 6-8-18, which arrived a few days later, completely disassembled & no instructions....my son offered to assemble using youtube videos, but at the end of july & many hours of trying to assemble, he gave up.....it was then i requested the partially-assembled printer and remaining parts be returned to me, so i could return for a refund....btw, when i received an email order confirmation from walmart 6-8-18, it was then i discovered i had placed an order w/a 3rd party seller......the printer was returned to me 8-16-18, & i initiated a return 8-20-18 to Freedom Face Inc at walmart.com, requesting a full refund......i received a prompt reply the next morning....the message came across as broken english, offering me only $7 of the $164.97 i had paid, along w/a link viable for 2 days to assemble the printer.......i sent another message right after that 8-21-18 saying i was only interested in a full refund.....my 2nd reply from them was equally bizarre & offering me $20.......i knew i was done w/dealing w/them......a general internet search of "freedom face inc bad reviews" brought me to this website.......after reading many posted comments here, i alerted my credit card company to report them & stating i do not authorize any other charges from freedom face inc......i then called about 4 different walmart toll-free numbers, before reaching someone who could help me.....i received a credit from walmart to my account 8-22-18
I thought I was ordering from Wal-mart, just to find out its a company called Freedom Face should be “take your money and get nothing “ this is what they did to me....Wal-mart should do better with the companies they partner out to...this company is pure trash.. was supposed to get my item on the 20th...nothing and the phone number Wal-mart gave me is no good!!! TRASH!!!

Dear customer, Really sorry about that. We are sorry that the screws were damaged. We know you have spent time and money on it. Usually we will check and test the item before we send them out. So the problem was caused by improper shipment. Sometimes post man treat the packages rudely. This is beyond our control but we will contact the warehouse to improve the package. As you see, the item is still workable. So we suggest refund you $20 as compensation to buy some screws, is that satisfied with you? If you agree, please let us know, OK? I would prefer that you refund the entire amount of the motor and I will return the motor to you. This is an unacceptable response for me, I am trying to build a bike with a purchased put together motor. Not rebuild a motor and build a bike. Send me a label and a full refund for that motor.

The screws do not come out of the motor... Please issue a full refund as the screws can not be replaced (the motor is defective) and you may have your motor back if you send a return shipping label or send me a new motor. Please let's not keep going back and forth. A NEW FULLY FUNCTIONING MOTOR or A FULL REFUND.

First of all I thought I was purchasing from Walmart. I purchased 2 hospital bed tables and they were missing parts and came with broken parts and when I went to wlmart to get a resolution they say they could refer me over to their seller. I contact this seller and the refuse to give me my money back because they require me to take a video and a picture . Mind you I had to pay someone to attempt put this crap together and now they want me to pay again to take pictures. I will never purchase from Walmart again and definitely not here. I was cheated out of $70 and I cannot afford that. These tables were for my husband who just got out the hospital after 7 1/2 months of care due to 2 massive strokes. He is bed bound and I needed tables for him. Horrible company. I would give them zero stars if I could. I would advise not to purchase from them or Walmart, as walmart has tricked me into purchasing from a company that stole my money and I still had to go and spend more money that I cannot afford for tables for my husband. HORRIBLE. Shame on you for this.
I bought from Walmart.com thinking everything was fine. Come to find out it is through a 3rd party seller, known as Feedom Face. I ordered a dining room set and everything came but the screws, so I can't do anything to set it up. I have no idea where to get the screws or the right ones. I tried to call the company directly with no answer or response. I would at least think Walmart would not put the blame on the 3rd party and take some action, but instead they make you try and figure it all out for yourself. I am very disappointed. Also, Walmart could not even tell me if my order would be coming in 2 packages or 1. I got 1 package with the chairs only .... I called FedEx and they said there will be another delivery but there is no tracking on the "Table" that is supposed to come. Maybe the screws for the chairs are in there? I have no clue! But I know for a fact I wont be ordering from Walmart again, especially knowing they are buying from suppliers that are not accountable.
Product arrived early. The box was completely damaged. The product inside appears to be used and is cracked. I tried to initiate a return and refund and keep getting error messages. I wish I had known this was a Marketplace item. I would not have purchased.
This is absolutely the WORST company ever. After sending us a dud boat engine and then putting us through hell to get them to take it back (making a video etc) they offered us $40 to get it fixed. What a joke I doubt anyone would even work on it. They finally sent us a label to mail it back and now we they will not answer our email correspondence not have we received a refund in over a month. I got a GPS plus backup camera from them. There is a document for GPS so that I can test it. It is very slow at best. By the time you already reached an intersection that you supposed to make a turn, , it told you that you still had 100 feet! Useless!
The worse yet, the backup camera has no documentation for how to install and test it other than a uncompleted and useless picture. Therefore, I cannot get it to work.
The worst? No support phone number, no company name or address to contact, no website info on the document. This is the only place I found their name and can leave message. How can the company win any customers at all in this way? Cannot believe it!

Same experiences as so many others here...
- deceptive and fraudulent business; lack of ethics
- product not as described in website copy
- immediate shipment w/o notice (so no knowledge that my credit card was being charged)
- invalid tracking number and early delivery
- faulty/damaged package and item; possibly second-hand merchandise
- nonsense and repeated boilerplate replies to my correspondence regarding a return; no resolution from seller
- seller offered arbitrary, partial refund amounts in lieu of conventional resolution (return shipment label, full refund)
- had to rely on Walmart (who was not at fault, other than to allow this crook into the Marketplace)
This company is the worst!! I received my order broken July 19. They gave me the run around for two weeks!! And the best they can do it give me a 50% refund. If I can leave a no start i would.

I sent them a email told them the junk they sold me did not work. I got ask to send them a video of the Automatic Cleaning Sweeper Robot Mute Vacuum Cleaner Sweeping Machine! First, thank you to all who gave reviews. I purchased a product from this fake ass company, but luckily I read the reviews immediately after my purchase. And after doing so, I immediately called my bank and stopped the transaction. According to Freedom Face, the product was shipped a couple of hours after I ordered it. I kind of hope it was, so I can receive their product and them not receive payment for it. Seems that’s the way they like to conduct business anyway. My next call/complaint will be to Walmart since they obviously refuse to stop using this company. Then I’m going to file a complaint against Walmart with the Better Business Bereau. In my opinion they are just as guilty, and I’m sure they are getting some sort of kickback from their marketplace clients.

This company is absolutely horrible! I took the survey through Wal-Mart after my purchase. I begged them to get rid of this company in their marketplace. I love using Wal-Mart online, but I will be checking reviews of all marketplace companies before I purchase in the future. The object I ordered did not match the ad and they would not let me return it and only offered 20%. Thank you to all the reviewers. I didn't bother to fight with them and asked them to return my 20%. By the way, I give them zero stars not the one that this survey is forcing me to give.
If I could give 0 starts, I would. I ordered 2 water filters and received some sort of harnesses. When requesting a refund, they only offered partial refund stating I can keep the items and resell them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER. You will get scammed as they will charge you for a more expensive item and send you something worth less, then only refund you partial.
