Fragrance Gems absolutely do not care about customers and are lacking in customer service. They are also not accredited through better business bureau but I still filed a complaint there as well. I ordered a fragrance 3 weeks ago and have not received it yet. I contacted them and they just said basically it’s out of there hands and they cannot help. Will not contact USPS even though package came from Florida and that’s where they are supposedly located. No perfume. No refund. Do not buy from these people. If there are any issues with your order there will definitely be no help. Zero stars
