I ordered a robe from this bullshit of a business and they cancelled the order and have refused to give a refund. Do not do any business with this company as they will blatantly steal from you and claim no fault

I returned items that did not work for and never received a refund or response. I contacted Walmart, they said they would convey my request for a refund to the seller. Walmart confirmed that they could see in their system that the returned items were received. Eight weeks later and I still do not have a refund. Please send my money back.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I ordered a tutu for my daughter's Halloween costume on October 12th and was given a delivery date of October 20th. On October 22nd, I looked at the tracking and noticed that it said that a shipping label had been created, but that USPS was still waiting to receive the item. I sent them an email requesting a refund and was told that they would look into it and that I would get the item by Halloween. It is now October 27th and the item STILL hasn't been given to USPS. I have sent them another email to request a refund as I just ordered the tutu from Amazon. I will never again order something from Walmart.com if I see that it is coming from this company.

I am a little ticked off that i made an order in June for 1 item says from flying star -llc through walmart.com and it still says delayed a month later

Negative stars. Ordered 2 hats April 30. Took forever to ship-then got stuck or lost.

They sent a replacement (after a long time of trying to deal with Walmart and this company)... patiently waited was excited. They had to reconfirm my address... it makes it so close and “address not found”, “returned to sender”.

VERY PISSED OFF. They then canceled my order and refunded me cause they tried to deliver twice. — you had my address, there was no reason it shouldn’t have gotten here.

WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

I ordered a lunch box but website image is not as the same I received.

I purchased a portable picnic table that completely dismantled during the first use. When I returned it to Walmart, I was told that I was being charged a restocking fee and that I had to pay for return shipping. Those fees were basically half of the total purchase price. .

Very attentive and efficient seller. Ordered received quicker than expected.

The cap I ordered is very well made and the color is perfect! And the shipping was very fast, got my item a whole week earlier than expected.
