This will be my last post because I finally got my charges taken off.Why,? Because Fitgenix charged me for a product that they didn't have in stock and then when they said they have received the product and it would be shipped no later then June 30th,never got it ,Why?Because they never shipped it.Check this companies review rating and you'll see this is a common practice.Personally.I hope they go bankrupt because this is what they deserve! Shop elsewhere.

Worst company I've ever dealt with.Placed an order for solar lights,got charged on my credit card,and never got my order.After trying to contact them by e-mail and phone a numberof times got a response that stated they were sorry but were out stock!So now I'm charged for a product that isn't in stock. I'm now disputing this charge and posting this review to let people know to keep away from FITGENIX! I'd give them a -10 If i could.Customer service stinks!

I also ordered a vest, and the problem of of shipping label produced. After sending two emails with canned response of item shipped, I sent another email. Response was they had been out of item, but would be shipped on 13/30/22. Mind you this was after ordering the second week of November 2022. Well I finally received a vest on Jan 9th, a medium size vest, I ordered a XXL. Have sent two emails to customer service since with no response. I should have checked to see if this company had a phone number and the reviews. Total lack of customer response from this seller. This should a negative stars. I’m

I have placed three orders from them and granted the first two were my mistake (I ordered the wrong item) but the last was damaged. I have been waiting for two weeks for a return label as their email advised but to date have received nothing. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!!!!!!

I purchased an E6S Wireless Headset from Fitgenix. The charger for the headset will not charge. They are not responding to my request for a new charger. There is no phone number available to contact customer support, and they are not responding to my email. I would give them zero stars if that was possible.

I have not received a return email regarding my heated vest. I too never received a charger, perhaps that was why it would not charge on my own charger. However my complaint is that they have not replied to the last three email asking them why my vest doesn’t charge. I too would give them a ZERO review o

I would give a zero star if I could. I placed an order for 2 heated jackets, and 2 chargers. I never received my chargers. I contacted them, and still never received my chargers. I have had to dispute the charge with my bank, and I have jackets that I cant use. Stay away from FITGENIX.
