The shipping time is too long. They posted an add showing a double pack and sent a single bottle. I am waiting for a response than will contact american express regarding bait and switch tactics. One bottle should not cost what they charge for it. I will change my review pending satisfaction from this vendor. Be careful buying from them. I will inform Walmart as well.
HORRIBLE Vendor!!! After 2 weeks waiting on order to be delivered and fraudulent updates. I finally contacted Walmart and they verified my order had not even been shipped and I never received it. Walmart should make sure ALL vendors are reputable who sale to their customers on the their Walmart website bc I trusted ordering from this vendor bc it was done thru the Walmart website..I give them ZERO stars!!!
Awful, this is a scam
I bought Blo Pro Volumizing Shampoo. The bottle came dirty and shampoo had leaked all over the box it came in. The color of the shampoo was yellow. I have been using Blo Pro for years. It is always white. Fortunately, Walmart's customer service offered me a refund. I would use zero stars if I could.
Ordered Scruples conditioner...says it was shipped 6 days ago. No updates and never received my stuff. Scammers!!
I ordered the viral color wash in pastel light pink, you guys sent me some kind of blonde hair dye instead. I have found no way at all to contact you guys but I’d really like my color wash or money back!
