DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are scammers. I returned an item unopened, they say it was opened and that I did a "switcharoo" and put a different item in the box. That was a flat out lie. Now I have no refund, no item, and I am out 700.00 dollars. Yet I'm the dishonest one. Now I have to take them to court. Please stay way from Firemall LLC.
I bought a CPU processor from Firemall LLC. It was supposed to come on Dec. 4th, but after waiting till Dec 12th I reached out to the seller Firemall LLC. They told me that it was delayed in the mail, but it would come to me. I looked at Walmart's tracking of the order which told me that USPS had not even received the item yet, so Firemall LLC had not given it to them. With this experience, if you are buying computer parts from Firemall LLC I recommend you just waiting for the retailer because you likely will not receive it.
I did get a refund from Walmart so very good on Walmart's customer service for that.
