This company needs to be taken off walmart. I clearly believe they are putting a black eye on walmart .com. Their respect for talking to customers should not be tolerated.
What is this outfit? Their phone number circles you back to Walmart customer service who in turn gives you the same number as the Fire Deals customer service number and round and round you go. The Fire Deals emails do go through to somewhere but are not answered, even with a robo response. They’re in NJ, maybe, but no website. Who are these
I ordered a package of snacks from them on January 13. I still don't have my snacks from these guys. I contacted them as to why my package didn't arrive, and they said it will arrive within the expected delivery date (January 22). It didn't arrive. I looked into my tracking and it was in the "pre-shippment" phase FOR 10 DAYS. I don't know who operates this...but you guys are NOT good. They told me to stop being dramatic after I complained like a white person wanting to talk to their manager and assured me that my snacks won't arrive moldy.
If the snacks do arrive within 2 weeks after I ordered, I'm still gonna give them a 1 star rating because of their poor customer service and shipping process. Don't try to order anything from them. These guys don't care and I doubt Walmart is taking any action against them >_>
Shopped with this co through Walmart, worse experience ever. When contacted this seller, basically told me I don't care. Great way to treat customers. Wasted time and money.
