I ordered some salt free everything but the bagel seasoning from these idiots. It says my item was delivered but I never did get it and contacted them twice, never heard anything. I contacted Walmart.com and yes they gladly gave me a refund BUT the agent said it was delivered to the wrong house. I kinda think that’s BS as well. I’m glad I got a refund but I will NEVER order from anyone outside of Walmart. I hope these scumbags from Fire-Deals reads all of these comments. If they do then this is from me to you from everyone that you have screwed over.

I should have looked at the reviews first. I placed on Avery label/5160 on 7/16 but the tracking showed the label created for almost one week. Finally we received it on 7/27 but it is not the Avery label. Not even in a box but in a plastic bag. No Avery logos on label sheets on front and back both. I contacted both Fire Deals and Walmart.

This is what they said,

“The item sent is the correct item and the correct quantity. We receive Avery 5160 Labels in bulk and polybag them ourselves for our orders. Walmart has very strict guidelines on this, we can assure you this is an official Avery product in our polybag packaging.” -Fire Deals

“The item is correct as per seller, however There is nothing left other than the thousand apologies for the issue. I understand the experience was not up to the expectation and this is not something which we strive for. However, I assure you that you will not have to face such issues again. I will strictly report this to our concerned team and they will take action regarding this, I am extremely sorry for this issue. If I were in your position, I would feel the same way. That would frustrate me, too. please accept my sincerest apologies for this.: -Walmart

I returned and ordered from Amazon. Amazon is more customer friendly. I don’t believe Walmart still lets them sell on their Marketplace. Please do not buy from this seller and Walmart won’t protect us. This is fraud.

No proper tracking on shipping, few months out no delivery of item either. No updates what so ever. I though it was from Walmart not third party. If that was the case I would of bought off Amazon.

Bad ordered on 04/29/21, Got my money,Stated it was shipped on 05/03/21 been delayed since,Cannot get a hold of Walmart Customer Service have to chat with a online assisstant,never got anywhere with that either,This company should be investagated for fraud!!

Placed an order 4/25/21, they pulled a USPS shipping label on 4/27/21. After a week of USPS still awaiting the item I tried to contact Fire Deals through the Walmart interface, since then I tried 2 more times. No response and USPS is still waiting for the item. Evidently this is routine for this company and with many same such complaints Walmart is at fault for allowing Fire Deal to access the Walmart system.

Purchased some CholestOff from this company on April 14. They created a USPS shipping label on April 15 and billed my credit card. They also tacked on sales tax and this item is not taxed in my state. It is now April 26 and USPS still just says shipping label created and seller has not responded to email sent on April 23.

I wish I had looked at the reviews first. Placed an order back in February. They're using COVID as the reason they are shorthanded. I blame Wal-Mart for not screening these third-party sellers. This is the second time this occurred for me with Wal-Mart...DONE. Anything I order online from now on will be through Amazon. Ordered a rack and pinion from a third-party through Amazon. ..received it on-time, and reasonable, no excuses. ZERO STARS if possible!

ZERO STARS! I also ordered a Barbie Dream house for almost $300 on November 30th. Tracking said I would receive by 12/8. Not only did it show up weeks later, but it wasn't even a Barbie Dream House! It was another doll house that certainly was not what we wanted and not of the same value. I went to a local Walmart to return and the customer service representative took one quick look at it and said I had to put it in a box in order to return it. I took it home and realized that the shipping label was directly on the doll house box so I called the local Walmart again and asked if I could bring it in as is to return in store. She assured me I could so I went down that same day. She scanned it and said it was a marketplace item and I had to contact the seller - Fire Deals. I sat in the parking lot, frustrated, and tried calling their number which sounded like someone's personal voicemail that was full. I e-mailed them and they responded the next day saying it was outside the 30 day return policy because I ordered it on November 30th and it was now January. They offered me a $100 credit which I refused, because I did not expect them to make me pay for a late and incorrect item. They then said I could return for a full refund and to start the refund process on Walmart.com. I tried to no avail due to the fact that it was outside 30 days. I contacted customer service and after being hung up on multiple times and on hold for long periods was able to talk with an agent that confirmed I would be receiving a return label to my e-mail within 48 hours (I have record of this phone call). A week passed so I called again. The next agent said it was too late to return and nothing they could do. I contacted Fire Deals again and they re-iterated what Walmart said. Nothing they could do. This has been like a full time job and I refuse to give away my hard earned money to businesses that do not appreciate their customers. I will be reaching out to my credit card company for this fraudulent charge! Like many others have said DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

they suck. order walmart and they let scum balls satelite for order.instead of being here for Christmas we got it 9 jan 2021. what a surprise it appears that the peanut brittle had been beaten with a bat. it was pulverized. hey wally world you need to cut your losses and rid yourself of these parasites. no pkng slip r return infor. not sure why they let them continue-i have pushed walmart to back /burner and they need to clean their rolls of actors like fire deals/

I ordered Avery Labels #5160 online several months ago. They were exactly what I ordered, and came in on time. The 2nd time I ordered them on Dec 2 to arrive on Dec 16, the labels didn't arrive until Jan 2. When I opened the package, these were not Avery Labels, but some kind of substitute. There was no packing slip. They were not in Avery packaging. Instead they were in USPS mailing envelopes and stuck inside a cardboard box. They didn't have the Avery Easy Peel insignia, and the back of the pages didn't have the Avery logo or wording. I ordered Avery because they work in my printer. I took them to my local Wal-Mart and they were not supportive. No stars... none deserved. They are being returned.

I ordered Russell Stover sugar free chocolates from Wal-Mart.com. They came through from fire deals. The candy tastes like it did go through a fire. The dark chocolate coating changed color to a light tan. I have ordered these same brand of chocolates before from Wal-Mart.com and they were much better quality. If you get something from Fire Deal that you ordered at Wal-Mart.com, I would recommend you don't open it, contact Wal-Mart, and return it unopened.
