Beware this vendor sells opened unsealed cosmetics. No way to return items. Their return policy is a scam

I have never used this site and I never will again! I ordered something late Friday so they don't ship on Saturday and Sunday which was fine so it says two to three business days it would ship so I take it that it would be shipped out Tuesday or Wednesday today's Thursday and it's still roaming around New York cities from one city to another! For bars of Dove white soap! Don't order from here

I ordered a product from Walmart, delivered by Ferebe and service was horrid. The product sat at one out-of-state location for two days and then got into my state and sat there for another three days. I'm wondering if it was shipped fourth class book rate! Normally a shipped product is in a state of motion, of movement to the destination. The item was actually coffee beans so perhaps I am not accounting for coffee breaks in the delivery process? I learned a lesson here and will make a point of avoiding products from this company. I have no issues with Walmart's normal deliveries.

Do not buy from this seller! We ordered the wrong product and cancelled it minutes later. Radio silence from Ferebe after two or three messages. We heard from them over a WEEK later telling us it was too late and it had already shipped. This was a lie. We didn't receive the product for weeks. Terrible customer service, illogical actions, and non-transparent communications. The right thing to do from a customer service standpoint would have been to respond to my cancellation request or one of my original emails -- and cancel the order!

Me too . Ordered sudocream and never received it . Do not order from this company they are a scam . Walmart you should be ashamed of yourself. Awful .

Do not buy from this seller! I wish I had read the reviews. I bought through Walmart and twenty days later still no product. Contacted seller three times and was given the run around. First they offered to send me another one and then retracted saying to wait longer. No thanks. Called Walmart and received a refund!

I was going to order bio Oil. This was the only seller on the www with a reduced price. Suspect! Don't trust these extra bedroom sellers. Product maybe 10yrs old. As a Prime Member I'm going to get my Justice due. Go to the drug store. Call the manufacturer with lot numbers. They will tell when product was packaged.

Same thing happened to me. I order 250g jar of Sudocrem and only got 125g jar. This company does not care about customers and WILL send you less than whatever you order. Avoid this company. And Walmart should be ashamed for having this company in their Marketplace Sellers.
