Fast Fly Inc

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AT WALMART.COM!! We manage a legitimate corporation named Fast Fly, Inc. located in Los Angeles and we've been getting complaints, product returns and hostile messages from people purchasing cheap products from China who can't get their money back. We do not manufacture, sell or ship any products. This company is clearly a fraud. We've asked Walmart.com to stop allowing them to use this name on their website, but they've been zero help and clearly don't care about protecting their customers.

Fast Fly Inc is a thief. Don't ever do any business with this liar. I bought a shed from this liar, but never received it, and yet they charged me for it. Literally, they stole my money. Then, I made a complain to Walmart. Only then, this liar Fast Fly Inc admitted that they never shipped the item. Only with the help of Walmart, I was able to get my money back....... So, don't ever buy anything from Fast Fly Inc...... I'm wondering why Walmart still allow this liar to sell on their site.

I will never order anything from Walmart again if Fast Fly is the seller, I laced an order on April 27th 2018, I have not received the order as of today May 15th 2018, BUT they sure didnt waste any time taking the money from my bank account. I see all the other bad reviews and if Walmart lets Fast Fly keep selling thru them Walmart.com might loose a lot of business, wish there was a 0 rating, thats what they would get from me

I cant believe what I am reading on these reviews I wish I would of knew this prior to ordering , I didn't know I was buying from a third party . I cant even get in contact to return this outdoor wifi camera that wont work at all I'm PISSED !!!!! Has to be something we can do!?!?!? FUCK YOU WALMART FOR ALLOWING THIS !!!!!!!

Do not buy from this company. I thought this was just a misunderstanding on the shipment. But when I read that other peopel are having the same delivery experience I just asked for a refund. I was hoping to give them less the 1 star.

One star is too much for this company- I’d leave zero if I could. I wish I knew the return stipulations prior to purchasing the item. When I asked to return the piece of junk item I purchased, I was offered low refund amounts- $6, $11.50, and finally $20 on a $150 item!

A zero is to good for this company. I ordered a shed and was shipped doors and sides but no roof. I was asked what was roof parts and if I could accept a 10.00 refund and keep the shed. What am I supposed to do with shed that doesn't have a roof? Their customer service person was such a idiot and very bad speller. I'm still working on getting my refund so I can buy a full shed. Don't buy from this company all they have is half parts on everything, you will be disappointed.

Do NOT, for whatever reason, order anything from Fly Fast Inc. I ordered this computer desk, and it arrived with the top part broken in half. I contacted them to see if I can get a replacement part, but they said they didn't have any. So, I asked for a full refund. The second email I received from them, after asking for a refund, pretty much said, 'since sending the desk back will cost me more time and money, they would give me a refund of $11 and I keep the table. They tried to give me a refund of $11 for something I paid $117 for. I declined and said I want a full refund. They sent another email for a refund of $15 and keep the table. At this point I thought they were just mental. I said no again and told them this is the last email I will send them, if they wont give me my refund I will take whatever action I have to, including legal actions. They sent me another email for a $25 refund. I tried to be nice, but they left me with no option but to contact Walmart, and start a transaction dispute.

Please don't buy anything from them, if you think what happened to me was just bad luck I encourage you to google their company. You will see reviews of this same tactics they used on me being used on others. they send them a defective or totally different items then wont give full refund.

I agree with all of the other reviews. I ordered a case of screw driver bits. When I received it almost half of them were loose in the case. I wanted to return them because I think that if the holes had been the proper size the bits would have never fallen out of them. So I feel the product was defective. They wanted me to send them a picture which I did and they decided that it was not defective it was just a shipping problem. They offered me a $4. Refund on a $14 plus product. I told him I wanted a prepaid shipping label so I could return them and get a full refund. I have not heard back from them. I am going to report them to Walmart.com and to anyone else that I can. So don't ever buy anything that is sold by Fast Fly They are a fraudulent company. I may have to stop ordering things from Walmart.com because of this.

Zero stars. Going to buy something from Walmart that will be shipped by Fast Fly? Don’t... Just don’t... Email only contact with ESL employees. Horrible horrible resolution tactics. Save your sanity and choose a different Marketplace vendor.

Order t v. antenna can't get but three stations ,went to Wal-Mart for my money back but they told me to contact the seller so I did received thee emails. ,one stated that they wanted me to make a vidio to see what the problem was,this was very odd to me because it only consisted of a plug and a wire doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out , they told me that they would send me three dollars for my reund so I'm loesing out on the rest of my money ,I closed my credit card that I used so they couldn't get any more from me sounds very shady ......I'm disappointed in Wal-Mart for allowing these scumbags to be a part of there web site it's a Scam.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. This seller is a fraud. Wish I had Googled “Fast Fly Inc” before purchasing the item off Walmart.com. They shipped a broken item. When I contacted them for a return I was told that it would cost me more to return it than I paid for it (why am I responsible for return shipping on their broken junk?) and I still may never get a refund as they would have to go back to the manufacturer in China for their refund. They offered me $5 to go away. Scammer

Feel like I got scammed. Thought Wal-Mart have have vetted vendors better. Lesson learned. I ordered two chairs, and received two black plastic cover things. I’ve tried to get the proper items shipped since the “mixup”. Received a very generic email about how they talked to the warehouse and someone remembers “accidentally” shipping me these bags instead of my chairs. Total bs, no guy in a warehouse would remember that. So then they went on to say they would only refund me $6 which is not even close tho the cost of he two chairs. But I would be able to keep what ever these black bags/cover are to give away as a gift blah blah.

This is a malicious act to take advantage of consumers. It’s fraud and will be repoted to the proper authorities.

I can’t see this company being a vendor for Walmart for very much longer.

Don’t buy from this vender unless you want to lose money and waste hours of your time sorting it out. They probably hope most people don’t jump through the hopes and give up.

I inam very unhappy with my service from Fast fly inc I ordered a mesh screen from fast fly via Wal-Mart and they said it was shipped but it never was delivered and walmart says they won't do anything about it

Never EVER order anything from this company. Foreign ESL staff who give you the run around for days over their mistakes. Never did get a refund or correct items. Beware folks!!!

Received the wrong item. Fast Fly admitted the warehouse made a shipping mistake and asked me to keep the wrong item and they would give me $5 for the problem. I paid $20.34. I wanted a full refund. They said ship the wrong item back at my cost! After a few emails back and forth I decided to just dispute the charge with my credit card company.

The item was never delivered. When I investigated they had delivered it to a different address in a different state. When I call Fastfly Inc they pick up the phone and hang up. Later they activated an answering machine and I was never able to talk to anyone about the issue. At Walmart the two stores that I visited they also washed their hands. If you see any items from them refrain from buying.
