Why is it I cannot get in touch with anyone about my purchase
Zero stars. They haven't responded to me. FedEx has a sticker sice the 23rd. My item was suppose to be here the 1st. But they did take my money and I cannot get ahold of them. I'm livid. Not using their company again. I will get a refund for the inconvinece as well as my item.
I ordered a gaming chair on May 21 from walmart.com. May 22 walmart sent email that says item shipped. I was expected to receive chair on May 26. Nope! Contact walmart May 26 around 4-5 pm. Now here come the BS. Track chair it went from in transit, to pending, to no information. Contacted Factory direct may 27 here we go again. BS. Now she tells me it was shipped right, called back later that day May 27 she said it's being processed, I said I want to cancel the order she said I cannot because it was being processed. Check fed ex tracking no info. She said it was in pooler Ga. Contacted fed ex they said these PEOPLE NEVER EVEN SHIPPED THE ITEM ALL FED EX HAVE IS A LABEL CREATED STICKER. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW! I BLAME WALMART AND ALL THESE OTHER MAJOR RETALIER TO HAVE COMPANIES LIKE THIS AS THEIR THIRD PARTY. THIS COMPANY NEED TO BE HIGHLY INVESTIGATED! IM A CUSTOMER WHO POST HONEST REVIEWS! IF A CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED THERE SHOULD BE NO HESITATION WITH A REFUND! WHATHAPPEN TO CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT! JUST BE WARE WITH ONLINE SHOPPING ESPECIALLY NOW WE IN A PANDEMIC! COMPANIES LIKE THIS ONE TAKING CUSTOMERS MONEY AND NOT PROVING THE PRODUCT, TRACKING INFO ETC... EASY FOR THEM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND HARDER TO GET BACK ! SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN. ONE THING FOR SURE I WILL GET MY FULL REDUND! ILL TAKE ALL THE NECESSARY MEASURES I NEED TO TAKE TO GET MY REFUND! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a massage chair on May 6 from Walmart, delivery date of May 12-15, long story short, with over 20 calls )7hrs wait), I still have no chair and no sign of one coming, nothing but excuses, one after another, I don't know why Walmart is even dealing with this outfit, but I'm done. I have requested a refund, and I am done with this outfit, they call a business. Ridiculous service, if that's what you want to call it. Need a zero rating, so I can rate it. Made me put a star, did not want to!!
Awful! do not purchase anything from walmart that comes from factory direct. Almost has had my money since 4/29. Provided me with tracking number for Fed ex on 5/1, with expected del of 5/8. Fed ex shows pending..awaiting shipment as of 5/11. Factory direct show shipped 4/30.
Absolutely the most horrible company I've delt with on the net. 4 delivery dates, all no show, no call. But CC was billed day after order. Ordered 3 week ago and still unable to track the shipment. Asked to cancel the order several times. Company refused. Just plain take your money and run outfit. They were dumped on me by Walmart. So Beware. Two kinds of people in world. Them with money and them with experience. Deal with this outfit and you'll be left with the experience. AND NO furniture. Just a heavy CC bill.
Ordered a set of living furniture with the expected delivery date of 4/23. Called them for a tracking number and it turns out the items have not yet shipped. Customer service was rude and was not very helpful. If I can, I'll give it ZERO stars. They should remove this seller from Walmart. Listen to all of the one star before ordering your item from this company.
I am not sure why this company only has a 1 as it gave me a great deal to make up for not getting my product on time. Not only did they respond in a timely manner to an email, when I called I talked to a very nice and professional lady who took care of the problem immediately. No problems, just answers, and a discount! If you call them direct, since that is what I did, you will find this company to be very accomodating and nice. Kudos to Factory Direct for their prompt handling of the problem! Yes, I know I only gave them 4 stars, that is because of the lack of communication on their part but they ship through Walmart, who does not follow up on your orders. I will buy from them again!
I ordered a computer gaming chair for my Grandson for his birthday. He opened the box and loved it BUT it was not the one I ordered!! the one i got was $20 less than the one I ordered and have not heard anything about getting a refund on the over payment! Wish I didn't have to give any stars cause 1 star is too high.
Ordered a Gazabo grill cover 3/29/20 , was to be delivered 4/6/20.......now 4/20/20 and no help , no item, no one to call but they sure took my money 3/20/20
They canceled my order when it was supposed to be delivered on the day they canceled it. They said the reason was customer changed mind... UNTRUE!!! LIARS STAY AWAY
I had delivered to my home a Mid Back Mesh Ergonomic Computer Desk Office Chair, Black on December 30 through Wal-Mart. I got it assembled from the box a couple of days later. Now, a little over a month later, it just broke. One of the arms came loose from the bottom popping out both screws and there is no way to screw them back in. I went to the information where I ordered this and found out that it cannot be returned. So, now I am out my money and a chair as the arms and the back support of the chair are all connected. Never again will I order anything like this through Wal-Mart or this company. I wouldn't even give it one star, but had to to be able to post my comment.
Stay away from these guys terrible business practices! Cancels orders last minute and is dishonest about the reasoning.
As others have reported, this business is completely untrustworthy. They listed an item on a popular auction site and I posted the winning bid. They never shipped the item and exactly one week later cancelled the transaction and fraudulently listed the reason as "Buyer asked to cancel the item(s) in this order." They promptly relisted the item simply because they were not happy with the winning bid. This is in violation of the auction site's policies and has been reported. Further research revealed that they have done this to nearly 500 other buyers just within the last year. DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
Not too happy with this company..I've call them reported damage items and have not received my replacement..Can't get a hold of them keep getting recording..still need to report another damaged item..Will not buy or order from this company again..I WANT A FULL REFUND!!
Order chairs as a Christmas gift... they sent the wrong ones and here it is December 19th! And to boot, I have to wait until they receive the chairs back to get my refund.. so my money is not going to be available to purchase what I originally ordered. This company sucks and I wouldn't order anything from them!
Bought a trampoline and it began falling apart almost immediately. I have 3 children ages 6 and under. They refused to replace the parts that fell apart because it had been more than 30 days.
