POOR customer service!! Bought massage chair thru Sam's Club. Received 10 days later in 3 boxes to assemble. Has WRONG remote; told by Sam-s I had to contact Factory Direct. After 3 phone calls and 4 emails, all I get is ....give them 24-48 hrs to address issue and there are parts delays. It's been a week!! Sam's and Walmart need to use supply companies that are BBB certified. Check the BBB site and you'll see how many complaints they have.

Don’t do Business with them. My parents or Disabled and we bought a nice loveseat for them . To be delivered and set up. They didn’t do nothing. They dropped it off at their front door and left. Bought Big and Tall Office Chair 400lbs - Heavy Duty Metal Base Ergonomic Massage Desk Chair with Lumbar Support on June 1, 2021, delivered 2 weeks later. Easy to set up and satisfied with the quality at the time. October comes, and I find rounded pieces of metal underneath the chair, almost daily. When I call the company after 2 weeks, they tell me the chair comes with only 90 day warranty, and i am past that, so there is nothing they can do. Due to the chair virtually falling apart, I would expect more care from customer service than an end of warranty brush-off. I will advise all, and follow the advice of never dealing with this company.

Ordered 5 tier shelves via Wal-Mart because I NEEDED more shelves due to tipping. Ordered placed August 16th. TWO WEEKS elapsed so I called. Oh Federal Express didn't pick them up. OK, can you get them today. Certainly. they'll be there in 3 to 5 days. Another week elasped. No delivery. Went to Lowe's, bought shelves in less than a half hour. Comparably priced. Draw your own conclusion.

AVOID AVOID AVOID I have purchased a massage chair for my husband for Christmas! It says it was supposed to be here by 12/7/2020. It still is not here ( 12/18/2020) every time I try to contact someone, the only response from them is " please allow 24-48 hrs for your tracking number to update! I paid almost $1000.00 for this item and no one can tell me anything! AVOID THIS COMPANY! The people you speak too are like they are on auto-pilot!! They do not even deserve a 1/2 star!! ordered a touchless stainless garbage can. Received a very inferior pink garbage can. Contacted company and they immediately sent me a prepaid return label. Sent the item back. They received it but I never got a refund. Was promised three times refund was coming, but it didn't happen and now they don't answer the phone. Shame on Walmart for letting them continue to sell on marketplace. Needs to be a 0 rating.

The WORST Company I've ever dealt with. Nothing but LIES come from their CUSTOMER SERVICE. Tried to return chairs I ordered, with no response from them. I felt this I might be a scam after Wal-Mart contacted them, with no real answer to my problem. DO NOT order anything from this Company, they will do nothing, but keep your money. I see this the same as stealing, May God forgive them for all the wrongs they have done to others.

Ordered a gaming /massage chair at Walmart.ca last Jul 06, 2020, received a tracking number Jul 07, 2020 and that was it, up until now there was no update and so hard to contact them. Walmart is not even willing to refund me, they said, what they can only do is to open a complaint but that's about it, can't even confirm that it will be a help and still have not heard about them after. This wholesaler should not be allowed to do any transaction on any online store. One star rate is still a generous rate.

Ordered a loveseat from Walmart 9-8-20, got an email stating it was shipped and arriving 9/16/20. Looked up tracking number they sent and not valid!! i can't even blame Factory Direct.. I blame Walmart!! Worst company ever to deal with. They told me that Factory Direct is likely out of business. Why in the world would Walmart deal with a company that might be out of business!!! Will NEVER SHOP AT WALMART AGAIN!!!!!!!

Ordered dog fence thru Walmart. Walmart says it was never shipped. That was 12 days ago. Walmart said they contacted this seller and would tell them to reship, Two days later still no contact, etc.

I ordered an office chair August 4th, FedEx Label and tracking # created, said it would be delivered by August 12th. It is now August 29th - no chair. Fedex only shows "delayed", walmart won't refund my money and cancel my order because it shows "shipped" on their website. I will never order anything online from FDW/Walmart again.

Ordered desk chairs August 12th with a promise delivery date of August 21st. Today is August 22nd and they have not even been shipped yet! Very poor customer service with no respond to Emails! I would not even give one star!

Like many of the reviews i'm seeing here. I ordered my chair over 2 weeks ago, was given a delivery date twice, that has come and gone, now when I look in tracking it says delivery pending???? I am cancelling it and going elsewhere. This is unacceptable.
