The WORST Company I've ever dealt with. Nothing but LIES come from their CUSTOMER SERVICE. Tried to return chairs I ordered, with no response from them. I felt this I might be a scam after Wal-Mart contacted them, with no real answer to my problem. DO NOT order anything from this Company, they will do nothing, but keep your money. I see this the same as stealing, May God forgive them for all the wrongs they have done to others.
Ordered a hammock stand through walmart. Shipping label created aNd never shipped. No replies back to emails. Out $125.
Ordered a gaming /massage chair at Walmart.ca last Jul 06, 2020, received a tracking number Jul 07, 2020 and that was it, up until now there was no update and so hard to contact them. Walmart is not even willing to refund me, they said, what they can only do is to open a complaint but that's about it, can't even confirm that it will be a help and still have not heard about them after. This wholesaler should not be allowed to do any transaction on any online store. One star rate is still a generous rate.
Ordered a loveseat from Walmart 9-8-20, got an email stating it was shipped and arriving 9/16/20. Looked up tracking number they sent and not valid!! i can't even blame Factory Direct.. I blame Walmart!! Worst company ever to deal with. They told me that Factory Direct is likely out of business. Why in the world would Walmart deal with a company that might be out of business!!! Will NEVER SHOP AT WALMART AGAIN!!!!!!!
Ordered dog fence thru Walmart. Walmart says it was never shipped. That was 12 days ago. Walmart said they contacted this seller and would tell them to reship, Two days later still no contact, etc.
I ordered an office chair August 4th, FedEx Label and tracking # created, said it would be delivered by August 12th. It is now August 29th - no chair. Fedex only shows "delayed", walmart won't refund my money and cancel my order because it shows "shipped" on their website. I will never order anything online from FDW/Walmart again.
Ordered desk chairs August 12th with a promise delivery date of August 21st. Today is August 22nd and they have not even been shipped yet! Very poor customer service with no respond to Emails! I would not even give one star!
Like many of the reviews i'm seeing here. I ordered my chair over 2 weeks ago, was given a delivery date twice, that has come and gone, now when I look in tracking it says delivery pending???? I am cancelling it and going elsewhere. This is unacceptable.

2 Stars because I love the deal but don't like the reviews I see here. Have yet to purchase anything but for the features this chair is the best deal...understand it is not a good deal if I don't get a Best Massage Chair. :)
They are not worth one star! I ordered the best massage chair at Walmart.com. Like he other reviews here I was given a delivery date that has come and gone. Walmart reaches out via email and called with no response. I’m getting my money back. And I’ve also put out my concerns to Walmart. They need to remove them from their third party list. This is horrible. F ratings on BBB.com
Ordered item and 5 weeks later still don't have it even though it shows out for delivery from supplier. Supplier, Factory direct wholesale reached out last week after I messaged them to say they didn't understand why it said that, and did I want a refund? I said no, I want my item, they responded 5 days later to ask again if I want a refund or them to ship the item that had never shipped. I said my item, they responded today that they issued a full refund. No explanation or anything. Horrible customer service!!!!!
I had exactly the same experience. They promised one date, after I hit buy I got another date. I then got emails saying that the delivery was for Tuesday, then nothing, then on Wednesday got the same thing - then nothing. No response from Customer Service either.
I ordered 2 gravity chairs on July 7th. Tracking informations said the chairs were to arrive on July 16th. Two days later, I am waiting. I contacted FedEx and it happened that the vendor created a shipping label in Duluth, GA but they actually never sent anything via FedEx or anybody else. This company needs to be investigated and WalMart should drop it from their list of vendors!
somebody is lying, either it is walmart who sent email stating shipped from duluth georgia on july or fedex who tracks it to a label and its still in pooler ga.and no i dont use the correct caps as i am so mad they all be caps.

I will never order from them again. I placed order on March 20th and didn't receive when promised. Called twice to inquire on order and was given TWO new dates. According to FedEx, order still had bot shipped. Yet, they charge hit my credit card. Guessing they live to charge you and never deliver the product!
Order an item in March and a Fedex label been created and nothing. I want my money back. You worthless pieces of crap. Will never buy here again. NO STARS

Zero stars. They haven't responded to me. FedEx has a sticker sice the 23rd. My item was suppose to be here the 1st. But they did take my money and I cannot get ahold of them. I'm livid. Not using their company again. I will get a refund for the inconvinece as well as my item.
I ordered a gaming chair on May 21 from walmart.com. May 22 walmart sent email that says item shipped. I was expected to receive chair on May 26. Nope! Contact walmart May 26 around 4-5 pm. Now here come the BS. Track chair it went from in transit, to pending, to no information. Contacted Factory direct may 27 here we go again. BS. Now she tells me it was shipped right, called back later that day May 27 she said it's being processed, I said I want to cancel the order she said I cannot because it was being processed. Check fed ex tracking no info. She said it was in pooler Ga. Contacted fed ex they said these PEOPLE NEVER EVEN SHIPPED THE ITEM ALL FED EX HAVE IS A LABEL CREATED STICKER. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW! I BLAME WALMART AND ALL THESE OTHER MAJOR RETALIER TO HAVE COMPANIES LIKE THIS AS THEIR THIRD PARTY. THIS COMPANY NEED TO BE HIGHLY INVESTIGATED! IM A CUSTOMER WHO POST HONEST REVIEWS! IF A CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED THERE SHOULD BE NO HESITATION WITH A REFUND! WHATHAPPEN TO CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT! JUST BE WARE WITH ONLINE SHOPPING ESPECIALLY NOW WE IN A PANDEMIC!
