So the phone number to call and getting customer support is just a recording that tell you to email them if you have an issue. The problem is they don’t respond to emails and if they do they’re extremely slow and not helpful. Buy products from a company with better customer support these people are terrible.
Have used procom ventless heater for 6 years now. I’m adding to my game room to heat it. 3 stars because the regulator is damaged, the safety’s do work. Can’t get anyone to help from Walmart or factory buys direct. I just want the regulator So I don’t have to take the fan out. Shame you make a 300+ Dollar purchase and they don’t back their product.
Made several attempts to work with representatives from Factory Buys Direct for gas stove return .was told RMA would be sent to my email...waited ..called next day .unavailable. Texted Factory Buys Direct thru Walmart .com.,as instructed in email...still no help . Very disappointed .. customer service is non existent....
