NEVER! NEVER! do business with Walmart online. I too ordered this DECOZY cat scratcher 2 weeks ago. Now I get an email that "customer changed their minds." I have gone through Walmart website to notify this company that I did not change my mind. Obviously, this company has the communication skills of 6th grader and no Customer Service ethics. So much for the Walmart experience. I can take my money elsewhere, and I will.

I ordered the pet steps. They canceled the shipment and never refunded me. This is a sad company and should not be able to sell on Walmart.

I just want to make an update. After almost a month and many, many chats with Walmart they have decided to step up and make the refund that Facsco would not. Walmart has emailed me to say they have made the refund to my c.c. It does not show yet. Will update if it does not come through. Fingers crossed.

I ordered a DECOZY cat scratcher. They sent me a low quality scratcher instead. I emailed the seller 2x. No response. Walmart will not stand behind this seller. It is 7/24 and I have been having daily chats with Walmart reps. almost every day since 6/2. Always sincere apologies with promise to rectify the problem. Nothing happens. Crooked or incompetent. What difference does it make when you are out $39.99 and you are a senior on a limited income?
