Ordered through Amazon and received a notice that item was delivered, but NO...was not EVER delivered. I will not buy from this company again.
Purchased a nightgown that was NOT see through in the photo but IS NOT wearable. Went to return and missed by one day. Apparently their return policy is very different than Walmart.
I received a house dress of EZI brand and the snaps had sharp pin like protrusions on the snaps. Poor quality product
NO RETURNS!! I sent back three nightgowns that were see thru material, (unlike the photos online), and very cheap materials, all three cost less then 50.00 I had to pay for postage but did not purchase tracking (another 5.00) because the refund would be effected by all these costs. Therefore, I just followed prodeedures places by EZI BRANDS. I have emailed the company several times with photos of the packed items and their shipping numbers. NO NO NO THEY SAY THEY NEVER RECIEVED IT!!!! Hmmmm, how many times does this happen?? I have asked them to have the PRESIDENT OR CEO to be notified of this case, and as of yet they have not notified them. SO THE COMPANY CORPORATE OFFICE may not even know someone may be growing returns out and keeping the refund in their pocket, could be!!! I would just say AVOID THIS COMPANY EVERYWHERE YOU GO, Walmart, Amazon, and other inexpensive shopping options who carry there third world sweat shop items. BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am filing a complaint with my local Attorney Generals Office Consumer Complaints Department and I suggest anyone who has had trouble getting a refund from EZI BRANDS, file with their Attorney Generals Office, it is a simple form and the AG will follow up!!!
