EZ TRADE INC

Purchased laptop never received it. Contacted Walmart and they replied back that someone from EZTRADE would contact me within 48 hours. Its been 4 days and still haven't heard back.

Why walmart why.......

I order a switch for my daughters birthday and i was so excited to, one see that there was one to buy and two, it was going to be a two day delivery. My daughters birthday was on the 9th. so woo hoo i will get it before the 9th, WELL..................... April 20th is when i got it. everytime i went looking for it i was told it was lost. sounds familiar.. where did i hear this from????????? oh ya the other reviews. this company does not care. this was the only gift i got my daughter for her birthday and she had nothing to open. Do they care ?????Nope... did they offer to make things right??? NOPE. all i was told was i already got a good deal. thanks

This is the 2nd time this company has canceled my order, I called in to make sure not to canceled it but they did. Never shopping online with Walmart again.

3RD PARTY SELLER...SELLING PRODUCTS OVERPRICED OCULAS IS 299 NOT 600. SCAM NO RETURNS NO REFUNDS SCALPERS.

I had NO IDEA I was ordering from a 3rd party vendor when I bought a $600 VR set on Walmart.com! I also didn’t realize it is a completely different return policy and the company will not respond to emails from myself or Walmart. Now it is too late to return so I have to sell on marketplace and I will be out $300 most likely by the time I actually sell it. Walmart should not do business with these people and should be upfront about your purchase before it happens!!!

Why is Walmart still using this company?! I ordered a laptop a month ago, never received it after it said “delayed” for weeks. Come to find out the package was “lost”. After trying to contact the company and getting no response Walmart agreed to refund me but would not replace it! I just wanted me laptop! It was a Christmas gift for my daughter. Walmart also tried to contact the company but couldn’t get a response and I’ve yet to hear from them. What a disgrace! I’ll never purchase from them again!

Where is my order?? It was supposed to arrive today, 9/29/2020. UPS say it hasn't been shipped!! What's going on with this seller?

Horrible company you should put up a warning before you can purchase from a third party Walmart this shit is insane

I purchased a tablet distributed by EZ TRADE Inc. A prior generation tablet was sent. This spammer tried to insist he had sent the correct tablet. Fortunately I have a Walmart account and the proof of the model I ordered was there in my listing of purchases. Totally dishonest and taking advantage of people at every turn. TERRIBLE. NOT WORTH ANY STARS

Terrible service! Was told numerous times the laptop had been shipped. Order was canceled and no reason given. Now grandson has no laptop to begin school.

This company is pathetic! I I bought a "brand new" Dell Inspiron 15 3000 from what I thought was Walmart, knowing that if there were any issues with it I could return it. Little did I know that I was buying from this joke of a company. The computer is HORRIBLE...pages will not load, error messages are frequent, battery will not hold a charge, start-up takes about 15 minutes. Unfortunately I was unaware that this company's return policy is only 15 days from the date of purchase, and I did not begin using the computer until a couple of weeks after I bought it. It is now only about a month old, and obviously a faulty piece of equipment. When I contacted the company about returning it, they basically said "Sorry...the return window is expired." No offer to make things right at all. I am livid, to say the least, as I just threw away $500. Take my advice and stay away from EZ Trade Inc!

Never received my package. Still haven't and it's been 3 weeks. Although post office says it was insured and a claim could be filed the vendor did not offer to do that. Very expensive item. $250 down the drain. Ordered through walmart and I was told by the vendor EZ Trade that I need to go through Walmart because they do not replace or refund. All I want is my merchandise.

You guys are terrible people for taking people’s money so quick but take for evvvver to put it back. I ordered and Xbox one s and then it got canceled then it said it was through antonline.com now it says it’s from y’all. I don’t understand I just want my money back I spent almost $300.

-5 Stars!!! Walmart, seriously ban this company! Profiteering during the COVID-19 pandemic. Mark ups of 500%, this kind of activity is illegal if the items were deemed "essential". What is NOT "essential" is doing business with this awful company. Walmart, if you don't ban them, we will boycott YOU!!! Get the idea???

I paid for the laptop and wait 6 days and didn’t receive the laptop then I call to ups and they say we do not have any package for you but we have a label

I have contacted this company all day about canceling an order that hasn't even been done processing only to tell me they do not have order number! only to be on hold with walmart for over 3 hours an still order not canceled do not order from them!!

Can you give less than one star? Because that is what they deserve. I ordered a gaming laptop for my grandson. It was to arrive in plenty of time. I continue to check the web site and it was never shipped. I thought maybe let me order it again, well guess what. I know why it didn't ship. It was because it was now $200.00 more. When this company realized they could get more money they delayed my order. I will never use this company again and I will post to social media.

How does this company exist? Literal garbage

They are raising prices outrageously during the Corona virus pandemic ($350 for a $60 webcam) . Boycott these snakes.

Item showed shipped from Georgia then when arrived in home town it disappeared and showed up being shipped from California still haven’t received the item.
