Eye Candy Pigments

The mica powders are excellent. The colors are vibrant and beautiful and go a long way. I have purchased but not yet used their pigment pastes so I can't review those. However, their website leaves a lot to be desired. They routinely miscalculate discounts and sales. When redeeming rewards points, if there happens to be a discount on an item in the cart, the website will only use the discount and ignore the rewards points. The owner, Jeff, says their system is unable to stack discounts even though they are offered. When addressing repeated pricing issues at checkout, the owner was more concerned with the tone of the conversation than he was with correcting the issue and saving the sale. He chose to do neither. I have all calls and email trails if anyone is interested. As great as their products are, their lack of concern for the customer's inconvenience and loss of advertised pricing makes doing business with them too unappealing. I hope Jeff can learn from this, put his own pride away, and improve so his company can truly fly.
