I ordered 2 dog collars from eXuby, through Walmart. The package was sent to a postal facility instead of the address I requested. It was picked up by someone else, supposedly. I requested a refund through Walmart and was told someone from eXuby would be in contact within 48 hours. 4 days later with no contact from eXuby so I called Walmart again and they issued a refund. The next day I finally get an email from eXuby saying I have to file a claim with the USPS. I do that but I also respond to the email stating it was sent to the wrong address. Not my fault and I'd like a refund asap. The response I got was incredibly rude...stating I must not know how this works and telling me it's my fault. At this point I have requested Antonio D. from eXuby to never contact me again. I'm waiting for my refund from Walmart and then they can go after eXuby for their money back. Will never even consider ordering from eXuby again. Your team needs customer service training asap!
