Ordered caviar oil hair product from what I thought was Wal-Mart. Got a bogus version. Only after seeing the packing slip did I realize it was not the real Wal-Mart. I am not a Wal-Mart shopper but thought I'd try since this product has been discontinued. No email or online address for customer service! Buyer beware. I'd give it minus stars if I could!

Sent wrong product and phone number does not work to contact customer service. Not happy at all. Will never use them again.

Terrible experience. I’d give 0 stars if I could…I bought American Crew hair gel and they sent the wrong product. When I went to return, the store told me that they should have provided a return label, but they didn’t. I then printed a return label and went to FedEx (where the instructions stated to return through) and the return envelope they provided apparently was not an approved package (was cut in half by this seller). Luckily, I had an empty box in my trunk. Otherwise, I would have had to buy one from FedEx. All that hassle for a $10 bottle of gel. Obviously, this seller was not well vetted by Walmart.

Ordered a dry shampoo and received dry shampoo for brunette. That doesn’t help me when I’m blonde.

Been using Ouidad product for over 10 years - the product received from Extra Beauty via the Walmart website was either (a) watered down, (b) fake or (c) a bad batch of styling gel. Either way, the product didn't feel, smell or work like the product I've been using and buying directly from Ouidad.

I ordered and received a permanent, which I thought I was ordering directly from Walmart. The package had been opened and the top taped over. I will not use this product on my hair for fear that it may have been tampered with. I cannot believe that a reputable company would even send an opened box, especially since it is a hair product. My package was also wrapped in a Fed-Ex envelope, yet delivered by US Mail. Now I have no product and I am faced with the unwanted task of returning. Not impressed!

Hi, your products are fine, but the packaging was not. Using a Priority Mail padded envelope from the US Postal Service inside of your box just for padding is wrong and is stealing from the post office. If you can't afford your own packing supplies, you shouldn't be selling on Walmart.
