I am not happy with your service.

I recently ordered a scar treatment product & it arrived with an expired, expiration date on the bottle. And now I am having difficulties returning it.

I think it is terrible that you would sell a person expired products and your service assistance for returns to correct the situation, is unsatisfactory.

I just ordered & received a scar treatment gel (with sunscreen in the ingredients).

When it arrived today 7-27-23, the Expiration date on the bottom of the bottle was 06/2023.

I think it is terrible that you would sell expired products!!

I am returning it!!

Husband bought me Clinique Happy. I use it all the time. Either the bottle he bought from them is old or it's not authentic. The fragrance doesn't stay on me or my clothes, like usual. The push button sticks too. Very unhappy! I question the seller! Buyer's remorse!

Vendor sold Image Skin Care that was coagulated. When contacted for a replacement or refund, they said return window had expired and that I should contact Walmart.

Their products are defective and their customer relations are terrible.

Avoid buying from this vendor!

I ordered 4 bottles of Sexy Hair Smooth Frizz Eliminator Smooth and Sleek Se rum, 2.5 Ounce. When the package was received, it was damaged and the product was leaking out all over the box. USPS returned it. It took over 2 months to get my refund. Sayn does a poor job of packaging and responding to complaints.

Terrible company. I ordered and did not receive my order. They sent me ups paperwork and said they said it delivered so too bad. Umm... No it didn’t deliver and they could care less. Amazon does this so much better. Buy from somewhere else.
