I purchased a hoodie for a Christmas gift in their smallest size - it was still way, way too big! I have no idea how the hoodie got such amazing reviews when it's so far off in terms of sizing - unless the reviews are phony reviews. I attempted to return it following Christmas and the company's customer service response was that it was 30 days over the return date. This was not made clear when purchase was made. They couldn't care less! Terrible customer service, awful company and it's affiliated with Walmart - really bad idea!!!!! I would give them a negative rating if I could. I will never make a purchase thru this company again!
This company is an absolute SHAM. If this allowed a negative rating, I'd have given it. Ordered 4 pairs of pants from Walmart for my boys. Receive an email saying they were delivered at 10:54AM on the 6th...except we were home, and they weren't delivered. Not only that, the FedEx shipping number assigned to my "package" didn't even EXIST in the FedEx system (and I also tried it in UPS and USPS just to cover my bases). Even the Walmart representative showed it being invalid. Next day I get an e-mail from EA asking me what the issue is, so I let them know. A week goes by and I get no reply, so I send another e-mail. They respond as if this is a first inquiry, so I send them then information again. Long story short, here is the exchange:

"I didn't receive it. I went over this with Walmart over a week ago. It said it was delivered but it was not, and up until yesterday that tracking number didn't even register as valid, for me OR for the Walmart representative. I am missing 4 pairs of pants, and Walmart told me (on the day I received this message) they would be reshipped within 24-48 hours:

"Negative, it was NOT delivered to a neighbor, the package did not arrive at all. We were home all day, the package did not arrive. I have no idea what is going on here, but Walmart said they would be sending out a replacement shipment. I will be contacting them directly, once again, because I'm pretty frustrated with the complete lack of customer service I have received on this issue."

I'm really worried after reading the reviews... I ordered five face masks that I haven't received yet and could really use them right now. I have a bad feeling about the quality and how long it will take to get them... I will post a review after receiving them.
I see now that there are negative reviews. I should have read these before I used them. Customer service is terrible. I was not allowed to return my item even though it was the wrong size. They said it was posted that sizes run small. Too bad that people are not concerned about rectifying the issue.

Awful customer service, ordered a jacket 12/2 called them and was told that "no one was able to help me over the phone. I had to email them".
Emailed them, included my Order#, FedEx Tracking#, what I ordered/color and the only information i received was,
I do see that this order has been shipped and is no longer in our facilities
Unfortunately due to the corona virus pandemic that has plagued the USA many packages have been delayed
That said, I cannot guarantee a delivery date but I do assure you that your package is in transit and you should get it very soon
I work in logistics and deal with over 30 different trucking companies (including FedEx/UPS) everyday and even with this pandemic going on i can tell people exactly where their item(s) are located at all times.
Cant wait to see if they even shipped my the correct size/color

I will never support this business again. I purchased items on line from them and it wasn't what I wanted. I tried to return the items a couple of days after I received them at my local Walmart and they turned me away due to the pandemic and stated that my returns will be accepted when they are allowed to accept returns again. Therefore I waited a while then tried to return them again. At that time I was told that I could not return them to the store because the items were from a 3rd party vendor and I have to call them to get a return label. I followed all of those steps just to be told there is nothing we can do. SMDH because all of this happened due to the pandemic. I guess these are desperate times for companies and they have to get money any way they can with no regards to customer service!!!!
These people are crooks! They have over priced rags and the sizing is wrong, way off. I ordered some cargo shorts during the COVID pandemic, and I'm disabled with a home nurse. I had my nurse try to return the items 2 days ago to a Walmart and they couldn't accept it being a 3rd party store. I contacted expedited apparel twice and let them know my situation, and all they said without care is "Your 30 day return has expired have a nice day" and "We were accepting returns during the pandemic have a nice day". Like really?? I'm so furious! What part of being disabled didn't you understand? I cannot mail it back if I cannot walk. Walmart still agreed to return my money from these crooks. I'm also contacting the BBB for these crooks. I hope nobody buys from you again and toy go bankrupt. You should be ashamed for stealing people's money like this. Every store had a grace period for returns during COVID except this backyard rag stitching crook. What a terrible experience! I wish I could rate a negative Star......
I would rate this company a zero if I could. Let me explain. I ordered shorts from this company. I tried, quite unsuccessfully to return this order three times during the return time period. When I finally contacted the company to explain the situation about trying to return the order, I was told explicitly, "No Way." I didn't even want my money back. I wanted an exchange. So beware if you order from this company through Walmart. DON'T DO IT!!!! So dissatisfied!

Extremely unhappy with this company. Needed to return items but even with their postage printout, Wal-Mart could not get the return through the system. The postage was not for the five shirts ordered for a wedding. The company demanded that I mail each shirt back seperately. I am stuck with the shirts as postage would have cost as much as several shirts. Do not do business with them.
I, too, wish I could rate this company -0- star. I ordered 2 pairs women's bermuda shorts and they arrived in a timely manner. One pair was fine, the other pair had some sort of bleach or chemical stain on both legs. They were still in the sealed plastic bag so the shorts had to be defective before they shipped. I took the shorts to Walmart and they wouldn't refund my money because the purchase was from a 3rd party.--which I was not aware it was a 3rd party! That doesn't make sense to me that Walmart would not stand behind any purchase made from them, 3rd party or not. Anyway, they did agree to FedEx the shorts back to the seller (after I bought a mailer envelope) and then the seller would refund me. In a nutshell, I emailed the seller and the response I got was that I must have bought the shorts from another seller...REALLY?? Then, how did I get their email address--from my packing slip! So, it looks like I won't be seeing a refund since they wouldn't even look up my order number which I provided. If they had, they would have found my order. Sure wish I had known about this before I placed my order. I most definitely will NOT be placing another order with this seller!! HORRIBLE customer service!! I intend to notify Walmart Corporate office about the issue.
Very disappointed in the delivery of my order. I got the items sold by Walmart, however, all the items that's supposed to come from expedited apparel, showed delivered but I never received them. I have special lockers that my items should've been delivered into ( to avoid possible theft of packages). Still no items inside lockers nor on my doorstep.
had i looked this company up before buying from them ( on Walmart site ). like everyone else I had problems. i ordered 2 pairs of sweat pants and never received them, tried to email the seller 3 times, lets just say they kept acting as if I left out important information in my email, then they stop replying to my emails. Is this the way they should be allowed to conduct business ????? Walmart should FIRE them. As we speak I'm on hold with Walmart to see if I can get my 30 plus dollars back. This shipment was late, the tracking information was terrible! Yes it is a good price but now I know why the shilling was free. It arrives via a slow boat from China!

Zero Stars. Avoid at all costs! Total scammers. I am quite concerned now that they have my credit card info. I shouldn't be surprised, I suppose, that WalMart would continue to partner with such an outfit (sounded like one woman hanging out in her apartment when I contacted seller.)

Do not BUY. Never recieved my item! Third party seller did NOTHING for the inconvenience. Went back and forth with walmart.com for 4 days. Walmart gave them 24hrs to respond and we never got an answer. (I believe I was more then patient to wait 4 days passed promised delivery day. Finally walmart refunded me. Not my interest for my CC charge. Exactly! This third party seller has horrible customer service. I will never buy from Expedited Appereal again!
