They sent me a tracking number that was for a package that got delivered to a different Province. It's been about 2.5 weeks and still haven't received my order from them, used the contact link on Walmart's website twice already and contacted Walmart. They say they can't help because it's a marketplace seller. Seller has not responded either. Next time I need to research reviews before ordering anything from Walmart again. Very dissatisfied with them and allowing a crook to sell on their website. 0 star rating, this 1 star is bogus.
I agree with other comments. I had no idea I was ordering from a third party and this company gives NO CARE to customer service. They simply do not care. I would also give a zero and will never order from them again.
If I could rate this a zero I would. Product was delivered to post office where I was expected to pay taxes and duty. I was under the impression it was going to the store! I did not accept the package, so it's on it's way back to New Jersey or Kentucky I think. They do not respond to emails. I've asked for a refund, not expecting to get it. I'm shocked that Walmart deals with this company!
I bought shorts through Walmart order 3631990-173496 never got the item ordered on april 2 I want a refund asap or the item I ordered asap and I payed with paypal

I thought I was ordering through Wal-Mart only to find out my items were purchased through these knuckle heads. The items didn't fit. The return policies are different from Wal-Mart's, now I'm stuck with merchandise I can't use. Ugh, awful experience!!
We ordered a boy's jogger pant & hoodie set. We ended up with 2 sets in the mail. I called customer service to see how they wanted to handle the second package. The customer service said to keep it. Super friendly and helpful customer service.

I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing something from this company! They are terrible. Don't be fooled by the Walmart free returns policy. This company is not included in that. I purchased a coat from them via Walmart.com and returned to Walmart for a free return, but still had to pay $10 to return for shipping and restocking. I contacted the company and they could care less.

Ordered a jacket as a gift for my cousin. Was told over and over by Walmart that it would arrive on time. It didn't. Now it's Christmas Eve and I have no gift for my cousin. These @$$#+*$ never even bothered sending my package at all. And I haven't been able to reach anyone in a week. And you can't leave a message because the box is full.

The customer service is just stupid bad. I bought two pairs and both time the pants fall apart. They later contact me 30 days later to say the return has passed. I advise not to buy from these sellers!
I received a pair of shorts that were two sizes too big even though I used their sizing chart. I contacted them 2x by email and Walmart return button to initiate a return or exchange with no response. Contacted them by phone today and they say they sent me an email requesting images. I've never received an email and why would they want images? They do not answer their phone with their business name and I had to ask twice if it was Expedited Apparel as I was passed to a different person. They say Walmart prevents them from actually helping me over the phone, it must be done by email, and they haven't responded as they were closed over the weekend. This is after 3 weeks. They promise their returns department will email me later today when they get to my account and he has added my comments to his notes. Seriously?! Do not buy anything from this company. If you purchase from Walmart 3rd party sellers on the Walmart website they have no liability or control over the outcome, according to the Walmart customer service at my local store, . I will avoid any 3rd party seller in the future, and particularly this seller. If I could give no stars, I would. I now see multiple similar complaints to mine. Why is Walmart still using them?!
I cannot believe Walmart does business with this company. They made me pay $9 for a return fee then had the nerve to charge me for the restocking fee of 15%!!! So basically I get back $3.75 for a $16.99 item!!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could. Beware of this company do not order from them

Product was delivered defective. Wal-Mart won't accept return saying that it has to be returned dirtect to seller. Seller is unreachable. Phone goes to voice mail and the mailbox is full.
Nice quality service Wal-Mart! Guess I was stuipid to think they are an Amazon competitor. They are just pretenders. I'll chalk this up to my education.
