DO NOT DO IT!!! Ordered two coats before Christmas, got them after Christmas and within two weeks both zippers broke, after washing the string fell out, and wrinkled something weird!! ridiculous!! I didn't realize that Walmart sells their products but seem to take ZERO responsibility for selling garbage!!! Cannot find a direct way to contact the company without going through Walmart so nothing gets done. It was an extreme hassle to return them because they were so crappy looking they didn't believe me. I am trying to still at least get acknowledged by someone but nothing yet!! I can promise you that if you decide to overlook the negative review crew like I did, then you will become a member if you decide to buy ANYTHING from this company!! I really hope to hear something so I can attempt to change my mind about something. But as of now, I can't vote low enough about Expedited Apparel!!!

I ordered from Walmart on Dec 2, 2022. I did not realize the 3 shirt pkg that I ordered was from Expedited Apparel. I received all of my order from Walmart in time for Christmas, The shirts did not come..I contacted the company 3-4 times through Walmart and was assured that Expedited Apparel would contact me within 48 hrs. They never did. Then I received one shirt and my order was marked "completed"....I cannot contact the company, so I am going to my local Walmart. Why has Walmart done business with this terribly rated company for 5+years? If I could, I would give NO star rating.

Horrible horrible customer service ordered a T-shirt wasn’t delivered (at least not to my house) the rep said it was delivered but couldn’t prove to me it was to my house she recommended I go house to house in my neighborhood and see if one of my neighbors Recd it. Filed complaint w Walmart thy refunded my money but I will nvr ever ord anything from this company again!!!!!!!

I ordered two packs of school uniform, each having three colors of pants. I received four pieces of two colors which I found it not meeting my expectation with quality and model. So I contacted Walmart for return and they allowed me to return only three pieces so they would refund me for one pack with 3 pieces. They told me to hold the fourth pants until the seller contacts me and let me know how to return that piece so they will refund me. I waited for over three weeks and I contacted them myself. They don't pick up phone but responded to my email asking my order number, which I did. Then they totally ignored me, even though I keep sending them email. I don't even understand why Walmart is working with this company seeing all this comments. I am not going to order from Walmart itself let alone this seller. It is very disappointing.

I ordered many pants from this company. As they were holiday gifts, I wasn't sure of the sizes and order a few different sizes. The orders came and when I tried to return them I was instructed to notify seller, which I did online. I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours. After receiving no response I contacted Walmart who also tried to contact the seller. Still no response. This went on for over 2 months. Finally Walmart was able to contact them. I know this, because then they contacted me and informed me that the 30 day return window had closed and they would not accept the return. This was done during the holiday season when returns were extended beyond the 30 day window. I will NEVER order anything through this vendor again and I enourage others not to as well. I tried to leave no stars but my rating was not accepted and automatically filled in one star!! I am even hesitant to order anything through Walmart.com since they did not stand behind their customer. They have in their records that I contacted them numerous times to help with this vendor issue.

Placed an order for 18 of their Galaxy By Harvic tank tops and instead received 18 tank tops with the Blu Rock name, very low quality vs the Galaxy By Harvic tank tops that I have previously purchased and had good luck with. They essentially bait & switched with their ad and when I contacted their customer service they would not offer to resolve it other than to have me return it on my dime. I even asked to speak to the supervisor and never heard back after that. I tried working with them but they were unwilling. They get 0 stars for customer service.

Don't buy anything from this seller. They won't even let you return unopened apparel. Very unfortunate with Covid and the Holidays just passed. I would recommend you find someone else to buy from.

This is the absolutely worse company I have ever dealt with! I contacted them 4 times for 2 weeks before hearing a response. Then they tell me that I cannot get a refund because it's over 30 days. This was a gift and just the wrong size.

Much like others, my experience with this company has been horrible! I order a coat on Nov. 27. The coat never showed by the expected date. So I reached out to them through Walmart and asked them to cancel the order. The next day, the company emailed me and said they were going to ship the coat that day. I still have yet to see the coat or a refund. I've reached out to them several times with no response through the Walmart app. I also got Walmart involved and they told me to wait another 48 hours. (Their Rep was rushing me off the chat line) Today is Dec. 16! The order was placed on Nov. 27! Walmart and this company are in this scam together. I just want my money back.

I ordered a shirt sept.16th they said it would be delivered sept.22nd no further information about my package tracking number don’t show me shit!!!!here we are oct.1st and still don’t have my damn package nor do I have any further details on where my package is.quick to take my money but can’t provide me with quality service ,do not buy from this place

I ordered some sweatpants from this company for my daughter for Christmas. Bought November 23rd, so the return window was December 23rd. I did not realize this until I went to return them AFTER Christmas - like a normal person would do. After all, it was a Christmas gift, so she couldn’t very well try them on before that. I had assumed this would have the same 90 day return policy as Walmart. My mistake. Really frustrated about this. There should be a giant warning about the short return window.

Also, the sweat pants were crap. They were advertised as women’s, but are super baggy in the front. Not a good fit for a woman at all.

I purchased a hoodie for a Christmas gift in their smallest size - it was still way, way too big! I have no idea how the hoodie got such amazing reviews when it's so far off in terms of sizing - unless the reviews are phony reviews. I attempted to return it following Christmas and the company's customer service response was that it was 30 days over the return date. This was not made clear when purchase was made. They couldn't care less! Terrible customer service, awful company and it's affiliated with Walmart - really bad idea!!!!! I would give them a negative rating if I could. I will never make a purchase thru this company again!

This company is an absolute SHAM. If this allowed a negative rating, I'd have given it. Ordered 4 pairs of pants from Walmart for my boys. Receive an email saying they were delivered at 10:54AM on the 6th...except we were home, and they weren't delivered. Not only that, the FedEx shipping number assigned to my "package" didn't even EXIST in the FedEx system (and I also tried it in UPS and USPS just to cover my bases). Even the Walmart representative showed it being invalid. Next day I get an e-mail from EA asking me what the issue is, so I let them know. A week goes by and I get no reply, so I send another e-mail. They respond as if this is a first inquiry, so I send them then information again. Long story short, here is the exchange:

"I didn't receive it. I went over this with Walmart over a week ago. It said it was delivered but it was not, and up until yesterday that tracking number didn't even register as valid, for me OR for the Walmart representative. I am missing 4 pairs of pants, and Walmart told me (on the day I received this message) they would be reshipped within 24-48 hours:

I'm really worried after reading the reviews... I ordered five face masks that I haven't received yet and could really use them right now. I have a bad feeling about the quality and how long it will take to get them... I will post a review after receiving them.

I see now that there are negative reviews. I should have read these before I used them. Customer service is terrible. I was not allowed to return my item even though it was the wrong size. They said it was posted that sizes run small. Too bad that people are not concerned about rectifying the issue.

Awful customer service, ordered a jacket 12/2 called them and was told that "no one was able to help me over the phone. I had to email them".

Emailed them, included my Order#, FedEx Tracking#, what I ordered/color and the only information i received was,

I do see that this order has been shipped and is no longer in our facilities

Unfortunately due to the corona virus pandemic that has plagued the USA many packages have been delayed

That said, I cannot guarantee a delivery date but I do assure you that your package is in transit and you should get it very soon

I work in logistics and deal with over 30 different trucking companies (including FedEx/UPS) everyday and even with this pandemic going on i can tell people exactly where their item(s) are located at all times.

Cant wait to see if they even shipped my the correct size/color

Will 100% recommend that no one buys from the vendor EVER
