My husband purchased Seiko watch for my birthday from Walmart via this seller. Watch doesn’t work and will not respond for refund. Third time we’ve contacted Walmart to reach out to them for refund. I’d give no stars if possible.
I ordered a Seiko watch from this Walmart Marketplace seller. While I am happy with the watch I do not at all recommend this seller. They sent a shipping notice the same day I ordered the watch, but it was not actually shipped until 10 days later when I had tried contacting them twice, including cancelling the order the morning of the day they finally shipped the watch that afternoon. They did not reply to either email. As far as I am concerned I will never do business with this company again nor will I recommend them at all.
