If I could give no stars I would. The magnifying light I purchased is junk. The base does not keep the light from falling over. I contacted Everrich about the problem and was told I could not return it. I could keep it and get 20% of the purchase price back. Why would I want to keep a defective product? The email communications with them were confusing and contradictory. I’d never buy anything from them again, Make sure you know what you are getting yourself into before you buy something in Walmart Marketplace!
I wouldn’t even give 1 star. I to, couldn’t get my refund. They asked for proof after another. They need to go to or call where I mailed back the product to the place they told me to. But won’t call, cause they will find the product is there. Bottom line, they just don’t want to give the money back.
DO NOT order from these people! They are a joke! We ordered a motorized car for our daughter as a Christmas gift. It was defective and we could not give it to her. We asked for a refund and kept getting the run around from them. Then they told me they wouldn’t provide a return label. And Ofcourse Bc of their stalling we are magically out of the “return period”. ALL A SCAM!
