I recently purchased on Walmart Order #3181961718638 , EDI Ultra Soft Strong Facial Tissues - Pk of 24 $39.99.
These tissues are anything by SOFT and STRONG, the are extremely scratch and rough - and now I have 24 boxes.....I would like a refund. Please let me know how I would go about getting a refund.
