Avoid seller at all costs. Placed an order through Walmart. Seller sent tracking number showing item shipped AND delivered. Delivery date was a week before I even placed the order. Contacted seller and 2 days later received a reply saying they couldn’t fill the order because the item was damaged. If they never shipped because it was “damaged” how did they get a fedex tracking number showing shipped and delivered to my small town? This wasn’t an error this is flat out fraud. Do not deal with this seller.
Fraudulently refunded my order with the reason: CustomerChangedMind, when of course I didn't, while also marking the same order as shipped through FedEx, using a fake tracking number with an inflated weight that was "delivered" before it "shipped". This is a sign of obvious fraud, and using the false refund reason is to avoid penalty from the Walmart marketplace. Watch out, they are up to something.
