Do NOT buy from this person. 3rd party seller via Walmart. Should be illegal. The product didn’t work and he refused to return! Walmart did not help me AT all!

My laptop came 2 weeks late. It was supposed to be a new laptop but it was a 5 year old refurbished one! I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt that this could have been a mistake. I emailed them and told them the issue (because you can't find a phone number for them) I didn't receive a reply for 2 days. I sent another email letting them know it was fraudulent actions to sell a used computer in place of a new one and I received an email back saying "It was upgraded to a SSD hard drive for free which costs more than $100." "The model was released 5 years ago and there is no such model released this year or last year." They offered to give me a partial refund if I kept the computer. 8/20/2021. I would not recommend doing business with this company at all! I can't believe with all these bad reviews that Walmart is still partnering with them.

I give this company a 1. I was supposed to receive a free 1 year subscription of Office 365 with the purchase of my computer. I had to contact them twice and they didn’t respond in detail. I have not received a code. I hope they will make this right ASAP.

SCAMMER & A THIEF!! DO NOT PURHCASE FROM THIS SHIPPER THROUGH WALMART OR ANYHERE ELSE!! This company is a Scam!! The man who runs it is a THEIF!! I ordered a laptop, was charged for it ($419.02) and NEVER received it!! I called and emailed the shipper constantly (Walmart did too) and he never responded!! I called everyday and when I finally got a hold of him, he was VERY NASTY!! HE IS VERY RUDE and refuses to help me. For three months I have been dealing with this company!! He will not reimburse me or send me the item that I ordered. He will NOT provide me any proof of delivery. I am not the first person he has done this to. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. All of his reviews are NEGATIVE. Unfortunately, I did not realize that the item was not coming directly from Walmart. The system is making me give 1 star, otherwise it would be a BIG FAT ZERO!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!!!!

Etek cannot produce what it offers for sale, does not respond to e-mails requesting status (I sent TWO), then tries to get you to accept a substitute without supplying as much as a model number. I ordered an ASUS VivoBook Flip F412DA 14" Laptop - AMD Ryzen 5 - 1080p F412DA-IB51 Notebook PC Computer 14" 8GB Memory 256GB SSD on 11 November. I e-mailed E-Tek twice to ask them to confirm that I would receive it by the promised date, 11/24, explaining that I was an educator and a businesswoman, and could not afford to be without an up-to-date computer longer than that. On 11/21, they had the temerity to answer me, at last: "I have trouble to locate one and would like to ship a similar one ( ASUS - 14" Touch-Screen Laptop - AMD Ryzen 5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB Solid State Drive - Silver) if you like or we will fully refund. we are sorry for the inconvenience." Without a model number, I have no idea what the age or specifications of this machine are, or whether the price is the same, or less, or more, and e-mailing them to ask was once again fruitless. I will never order anything advertised by E-Tek again!

Trash company do not buy anything from them through Walmart or anywhere else. Paid $340 for a laptop that never left their warehouse in over 2 weeks since purchase. Upon contacting them they were dumbfounded and wanted to delay order. Zero stars but they make you give at least one.

I ordered laptop and didn’t have it 30 days and it would no longer power on. They refused to refund me my 426$. Do not waste your $ with these people it’s bad business!!!!!

Horrible seller. Bought item 12 days ago and was supposed to arrive today. The item still has not shipped. Contacted Etek Global 3 times with no response. This seller is a disgrace and I am surprised Walmart had them as a seller on their website. I am only giving one star because I have to select one. If I couldn’t give zero stars, I would.
