How do you sleep at night stealing from your customers?? I bought an IphoneX for my 17 year old, and it started having severe ghost touch and alarms would go off in all hours of the night. ETech World would not offer a refund or any compensation.

This company is terrible. They sell their “refurb” Apple products with non-Apple accessories but that isn’t revealed until you receive your purchase. They claim that’s not an issue. Well it was for me. Now I have to shell out more $ for genuine Apple charger that will actually work correctly. They weren’t willing to help. I’ll never do business with Walmart.com for electronics again and certainly not if etechworld is the one selling. Scam.

BEWARE..DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...FRAUDULENT PRODUCTS AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Do not order from this company. They advertise items were refurbished by Apple and in working order when shipped but the watch I received had no volume. It could not have been checked before shipping or they knew it did not work. They will not work with you to correct any problems. Only use them at your own risk..there are other companies that will stand behind their products..you do not have to purchase from this one. BEWARE..

eTechWorld is terrible to deal with. I was told that I couldn't return something I got for Christmas. I purchased the Iphone through Walmart Marketplace and I'm very disappointed Walmart has an association with companies like this. I will certainly lean toward Amazon when searching for a comparable item.

Received a refurbished Apple Watch and like a previous reviewer, right out of the box wouldn’t charge and got hot. Tried a different charger and still wouldn’t charge. Returned the watch and they emailed saying it was 100% functional and was charging me a 15% restocking fee. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMANY. I contacted Walmart directly and they took care of the problem & refunded the rest of my money. Very shady company with awful customer service, clearly sending out defective products. Hope Walmart dumps them!!

Got an Apple Watch from this place and right out of the box it didn’t charge and got scorching hot. Don’t buy from them.

I cannot say how desapointed I am with this store, I bought an I phone 6 for my son and a month in a half later the phone went off just like that I contacted the seller and after they gave me some silly recommendations and they simply said “Sorry we can’t do anything else for you” so just like that they stole from me almost three hundred dollars. It has been one of the worst experiences in my buying experiences and I ended paying double. I would never ever buy a phone out of a real store!!! I gave this a one star because I couldn’t put any less!
