Said they shipped my order and it never came.

I ordered from this retailer and they canceled my order the next day. Nov18. It is Dec 1 and I have not gotten my refund yet. Am getting the run around from Walmart. It will be in your account on the 28th. Called again. The bank is holding it. Called bank. Not holding it. Called again. Oh we put it on your Credit Card. Did not use credit card. Checked. Was NOT on credit card. Have spent 2 to 3 hours trying to get my money back. Would give it a zero if I could.

Their advertisement and image of the item are very misleading and dishonest and they give you the runaround when you reach out to customer service.

I ordered Expo markers that were advertised as 6 packs of 4 markers for $11.89. This was a good price so I ordered 4 units, each unit should have 6 packs of 4 markers for a total of 24 packs of 4.

When I got my order, I received only 4 packs of 4 (instead of 24 packs of 4) I wanted to return the item for credit but it says that since it's a flammable item it cannot be returned.

I contacted the seller and they replied that I need to ask for a return label which I could not do because the item is flammable. They also said that they asked Amazon to fix the misleading description and amazon didn't do it.

I think that each seller writes their own description and the picture clearly shows 6 packs of 4.

I wrote to them again and I got the same answer.

I reached out to Amazon and after talking to 3 different agents for over an hour I asked for a supervisor who gave me full credit. This company is completely misleading and dishonest.
