On 12/3/19, I ordered online a ESYNIC USB Video Capture Adapter Device VHS to DVD converter from Walmart. It arrived after several days. I inserted the enclosed CD ROM which was not accepted in my HP laptop -HP15BS015DX! I also connected the USB device to the laptop and the light did not illuminate!
I could not fin d help.
