BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! I wish I would’ve looked at the site before purchasing on Amazon, Purchase from this company at your own risk. They sent me a dented product, I ask for either a replacement part or a credit, they told me the dent does not affect the use of the product. They are extremely unprofessional. I don’t think I would’ve given them a half a star. Spend your money with another company and save yourself stress.

I was scammed for 960.78 trying to get a screen replacement for our gazebo. How does a company like this still exist? Why does Home Depot and Walmart do business with them? Now I trying to get the money back from the bank and also had to cancel my card. I did report this to HD. The gazebo itself isn’t bad but it was a pain in the ass to assemble.

Purchased a 12x22 gazebo through Home Depot as I figured this would provide some protection if I had issues putting it together. One of the boxes upon delivery came damaged with a puncture through the side ripping open the one of the packages of bolts. Home Depot suggested I call the vendor to get replacement parts. I did and left a message for a no name mailbox. Received a call back from supposedly the owner, Matt Safford, who is not even in the united states, California #, but is in Jamaica running his business through Pricesmart (like a Walmart). He tells me they can't send me just the screws/bolts and they have to just ship the full box. Then attempts to refund my card a partial amount (which fails) and he ends up charging my account over $5,100 over 2 days, and setting up recurring charges, and signing my card up for Apple and charging me even more money. So first, this company is a huge scam and located in another country which makes it hard to prosecute. So I've had to cancel both my cards to protect myself from further charges.

Product: As everyone else has stated the product is subpar. We spend an hour trying to put a roof panel on due to bent parts.

Wish I had found these reviews before purchasing, however, as I said I ordered through Home Depot and not Walmart. Hopefully someone else sees this and can avoid being ripped off.

I purchased a 10x12 greenhouse from Erommy. Product was difficult to assemble, the instructions were not understandable. Called the number on instructions for help. It was not an Erommy number, connected me with Harbor Freights. The number on walmart.com Marketplace connected me with what turned out to be a scam! I would not recommend this product or company. They have done nothing to be of service. This is definitely a no star company, but in order to leave a review, a star had to be highlighted.

Box came severely damaged and I was missing a major piece. They assured me they would send . I sent the picture of damaged box and piece to replace and then the emails stopped. I have not received a response in two weeks. Customer service is horrid. Product is a million pieces so be prey

I must say that I am disappointed in the level of customer service provided. Takes too long to get a response and when you do it only leads to open questions for more waiting. And in the end my issue was not resolved. Will never purchase from them again.

Like many others, I was roped in based on price. I was sent something completely different and now Erommy will not replace it and after 7 emails, the only reply is: 1) You take 10% and keep it 2) we suggest you keep it. Regardless of how many times I tell them "I want a replacement" or "I want a refund since you won't replace it". Same replies: "It is best you keep it ". Obviously this is best for them because they do not have to pay shipping costs to get it back and won't have to refund me for their mistake. It is sad when dealing with a company outside the USA who does not communicate well in English. I was going to buy $3500 in outdoor furniture from them but I promise I will never make a purchase from them again. This is a deceitful and greedy business practice and they should be put out of business. Hopefully my good friend the Congressman will be able to assist me.

I would read the requirements very carefully as this item is not returnable and the item is not very stable, This company will argue and not give good customer service....and not even close to being worth $400 when it takes 6-8 hours to construct

Damage product, late delivery and no return at all.

Worst company ever!!!! Buyer beware of the return policy. Seller will not pay for return shipping costs even if the product is defect and cannot be assembled out of the box. I’ll never buy anything from this company again

Purchased a cat tree house, right on the description it says 56” put it together, boxed was damaged as well, it was barely 40”. Tried to return due to false advertising. They would not take the return due to fine print in the description it says actual height is 44”. Also, they wanted to charge me shipping, an unpacking fee, a fee to put it together to make sure all the parts were there, another fee to take it apart and repack it. They basically told me it would cost more to return. I only gabe them a star because i had to rate them! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Shame on Walmart for selling their products!!

Terrible customer service. Owned 1700 pavillion 1 sumer. ONE and leg collapsed breaking the roof panels. They said its walmarts problem and walmart won't help so we are stuck. Disgusting

Rolling kitchen island by EROMMY. Terrible product. Broken pieces, miss-labeled parts, not the right tools for the job. You’re basically buying a heap of crappy wood that will be busted up by the time you put this thing together. The screws supplied split the word when screwed in. This company is a total scam!!

Ordered a lift chair and received a box with half a chair, the back and one arm, the box says 2/2 . I called CUSTOMER service and was told someone would get back with me . I checked with fedx and they only received one box I'm out $459.00

If you buy something from Walmart.com and their 3rd party seller don't expect good quality or good customer service. Purchased a swimming pool for my family for Christmas went to blow up a few weeks ago since in NY we have snow in the winter and summer starts in June, it was defective and littered with holes. They stated the refund channel was closed and I should have returned it soon well I'm sorry I couldn't exactly test it out in 0 degree weather so now my family is out $180

Ordered a 12x12 steel top gazebo. What a nightmare! Ordered from Walmart. Arrived not only dented and bent, the brackets that hold the roof on were snapped off. Attempting to get my money back and return the product has been a nightmare. Walmart.com is not standing by its customers. So far I have taken the 500+lb item to a store, unloaded it and then had to reload it, I have called 4 times, one of which the representative told me "the last representative only told you that to get you off the phone". Erommy has responded to my request to return the item, and I quote their last email

"Dear friend,I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused to you due to the logistics problem, but the slight damage will not affect the daily use, we can offer you a discount of 80 dollars and you keep it?Looking forward to your reply."

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT BUY FROM WALMART.COM stick with Amazon, at least they take care of their customers.

Ordered a package waited 2 weeks on it to find out they just made a label and never shipped it, very upset!!!!

I just made a purchase on Erommy for a greenhouse. PayPal sent me a receipt and at the end of the receipt it denoted that my payment went to Wish! What??? I went back to the Erommy site and there was NO mention of Wish on the website. I immediately called my credit card company and explained what happened. The payment is pending, however, when it actually posts, my CC company will open an investigation and my money will be refunded within 30 days. Had I known that Erommy was Wish in disguise, I would never had made the order. I also just sent an email to Erommy requesting a refund and explained to Erommy that I had contacted my CC company and if Erommy did not refund immediately, then my CC company would see to it that Erommy does a refund. Hope this helps everyone else. Go to your CC company, or your bank for assistance.
