I bought some face masks from this seller also. I never received them. Walmart said a Refund was issued. I never received the Refund. I contacted Walmart again. Walmart said the seller issued a refund and said nothing Walmart can do. It's two months and still no refund. Walmart should ban this seller from selling on Walmart.com

I to ordered the face MASK on April 3rd. and still have not received the masks as of May 26th.I also received a letter about the logistics etc. I have contacted Walmart numerous times and still have not been able to get a refund. This is poor customer service. What do we have to do to get receive?

Big time scam . I ordered an inferred thermometer. It was delayed. They mailed a letter which showed package delivered saying due to logistic we were forced to change the logistic provider and the package containing the product will arrive in a few days. Please check the new tracking number of the new package in the email. An email that they never sent nor have they responded to any of my emails. A new tracking number that no one EPC, Walmart or Pay Pal will give me! I disputed the charges with pay pal that said it was delivered but all they delivered was envelope. I provided a copy of the letter.

I use to trust Walmart but they are no help and they allowing their customers to continue to be scammed. Won't be on line shopping with walmart anymore since they do not stand behind what they sell. And shame on Pay Pal I trusted them but that relationship is over.

One star is too good for these fools.

These guys are terrible I placed and order and still have not received it and it 45 days. Tracking info has said delayed since the order was placed.

I ordered mine on April 12th with an arrival date of Arpil 23rd. Still saying that is has been delayed. Just to let you know I did complain to Walmart and they did refund my money with a comment that merchandise was lost in transit.

After trying to contact WalMart and/or EPC multiple times about non-delivery of masks, I stumbled upon this review page!! Wish I had seen it a month ago. Same issues as everyone else - credit card immediately charged, delivery supposedly made April 16. This ‘delivery’ was a short notice saying merchandise would be delivered shortly because of a logistics problem! Why I didn’t cancel, is a mystery to me!!

So ... today I am canceling the order and requesting a refund.

The moral of the story - Caveat emptor!!

*Update to review posted earlier. Walmart completely refunded the money paid to EPC. If you have not received the masks, please contact Walmart for a refund. I hadn't even submitted a claim, and Walmart sent an email on 5/13/20 stating that it had refunded the amount of the purchase. Do not give up or feel discouraged. My heart goes out to everyone who in good faith ordered from EPC and never received the goods. Please contact Walmart, and you should received your refund promptly. Good luck and good health to all.

Provided a review earlier with same issue on face masks. I successfully disputed charge with my credit card company and was successful so recommend others try this if you used a credit card. Shocked that this issue is continuing and that Walmart has not put a stop to it. Rating is really zero stars.

DO NOT ORDER from EPC!! Scam company and does not respond to customer complaints (ordered masks). I had to Contact Walmart to file complaint/demand Refund.

I order two 2 packages of mask from EPC For myself and for a family member. total $108. order it on April 15. It’s been a month now and still nothing. I email EPC and Walmart Several times but still haven’t heard anything back. I want my money Back.

Like several other reviewers, I ordered a batch of masks which supposedly shipped one day, yet one month later the tracking site still showed "waiting for package from shipper". Certainly looks like a scammer!

Via the Wal-Mart Web site I submitted a request for a refund but assumed that it wouldn't be honored. Two weeks later, I was pleased to get an email from my online payment host that a refund for my purchase from Walmart.com had been applied to my bank account.

Maybe Wal-Mart discovered that this seller was fraudulent and has decided to refund those of us who unwittingly purchased products from them. If so, thanks, Wal-Mart! Too bad, though, that this seller didn't get busted sooner.

Also ordered 50 masks to care for my elderly mom. Unable to even track the package anymore- out $54.00. I guess none of will have our money refunded.

We ordered face masks in April 12th and as of May 12 they have not arrived. We have sent them two email with no response. On their Walmart page I called their phone number and it has been cancelled. No way to contact them. I have order only 3 times from Walmart .com and all have been really bad. No more. I am now sitting listening to the most irritating music waiting for over an hour for Walmart to answer the customer lack of service phone number to deal with this issue.

Run screaming for this vendor and Walmart.com

I ordered 50 Disposable Face Masks 3-Ply on April 12. 2020 and am still waiting for the order to arrive. Just like other reviewers have shared, it is impossible to contact this company in any way and Walmart is absolutely no help. EPC is a fraudulently company! Avoid them!!!! One star is too high, but nothing lower to choose.

Order Masks on April 17th, Was to arrive on the 22nd and was payed for on the 22nd. Its May12th and still nothing (paid $49.98) I needed them before May 1st.

I ordered masks in April still have not received them, was charged $39.01 for shipping, how do you people sleep at night taking people's money and not sending them their product, especially at a time like this, I believe that is called theft, Shame on you, your customer service is very bad, voicemail is full, can't send a message, always get an error message to try again, Maybe you can find it in yourself to do the right thing and refund all of the money you have taken/stolen from people.If my package is delivered or a refund is given I will come back and leave a better review, but until then I would not recommend anyone buy anything from this company

It's definitely a scam. I believe Walmart trusted this "merchant" and they proceeded to just rip people off.

I hope Walmart does the right thing and reimburses us.

Do not order from these rip-off artists. It has been over one month since I ordered a pack of 50 face masks. All they say is that it takes time. WTF? They took over $53 from me. Walmart should be ashamed of their association with EPC. If I could give negative star ratings, I would!

ETC is a scammer

Ordered 50 medical masks from Walmart third party seller "EPC" on 4/9/20. Received email that said product was shipped. Clicked on tracking number which said the product was in Jamaica, NY, on 4/13/20, picked up by "shipping partner" but not delivered to USPS. It is now 5/11/20, and no further updates have been provided by EPC. The tracking number information remains unchanged from 4/13/20. Tried to email EPC through the Walmart site, but a box comes up that says, "Unable to complete request." Still no product, no further updates from either EPC, the shipping partner "Newlogistics," or Walmart. Ordered another box of masks from "Noble Sales" on Amazon, which arrived in 4 days, so at least we have something to protect us. It is criminal to take people's money and not deliver a product.
