I ordered a PS5 from Walmart not knowing it was coming from Entrotek. I was told that my order was arriving late, 6 days after the order date and received the wrong item. Contacted them and was asked to return the item and haven’t heard from them since.

Ditto for all the above negative reviews. DO NOT order from them. Impossible to get a return. Take away all stars. Hitting them was a mistake.

Impossible to make a return. Walmart should not allow companies like this on the marketplace, as I am now very unlikely to trust other sellers at Walmart. Amazon at least has some standards and stands behind sales from their sellers. Probably why I cant find Entrotek on Amazon.

Shame on BB&B for selling products sold by a third party company Entrotek. I purchased salad bowl plates for Thanksgiving and they arrived a day late. I attempted to return them to BB& B and they told me I needed to look at my order and reach out to Entrotek. I called their number which has been disconnected since who knows how long. I reported it to my credit card and I won't be charged if when they investigate they learn this is a scam. I am so disappointed with the disgraceful customer service BB&B has provided me.

Trying to return a product is a nightmare. There is no contact information, no address, no email, no phone number. Disputing the charge. I have enough documentation to be able to dispute

I purchased a set of dishes on the Bed Bath & Beyond website sold by this third party company. The dishes came boxed in pieces, all broken. I brought the box to BB&B to return and request money back $75.00, or replace item. BB&B will not take back anything sold by "Marketplace Sellers" which Entrotek is. I don't even have a phone number to contact them for a refund. BB&B will not take responsibility for this. I can't contact Entrotek without going through BB&B Customer Service, which is outsourced to a foreign country, so there is a language barrier. Please don't buy from this company

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company. I bought a digital PS5 with accessories kit. Never received it. Walmart refuses to refund my money because I bought thru a 3rd party seller and entrotek is saying that I have to wait for a minimum of 14 days to hear from them. I've already been waiting for 2 weeks. Do not buy from this pos company and obviously don't buy from the walmart app if they let thiefs "sell" things on there website. I will get my refund one way or another. I refuse to be out almost $900 and a game console.

i purchased a set of spoons and forks from Bed Bath and Beyond. The product was not as shown on the website. I paid good money only to get some cheap dollar store flatware. I went back onto the Bed Bath and Beyond website to start a return and wasn't allowed to do so. I called customer service to see they would sent me a return label via my email and I was given a telephone number to contact them (1800) 462-3966 I called and this is the phone number for Gibson Guitars not Gibson Flatware Products. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

Scammed the xbox game pass with the series x bundle, typical. This should be illegal.

Amazing that companies like Walmart, Amazon, Sears, etc. allow this deceptive, misleading, price gouging Company Entrotek to sell on their websites... They are as much to blame as this terrible company for allowing it to continue. I wonder how many Purchasers of Xboxes, and PS5's have been suckered by their smoothly misleading sales postings ... There should be more investigations into businesses like this.

It's because of companies like this we can never find PS5 in stock anywhere. POS company. Pretty sad because like 9 out of 10 people don't know that the actual retail price of PS5 is $499 not a thousand

My husband ordered a PS 5 with the accessory kit and when it came the console came decommissioned. We couldn't even get to the start up menu because the serial number attached to this unit has been banned. What a waste of 1200 bucks. Never buy from this company ever again.
