Ordered a laptop through Walmart, it has been less than a year and it has completely broken. I took great care of this laptop as it has important information on it. Gave me issues even after 4 months but I didnt think much of it, but now I want my money back or a new one sent.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Be careful that anything you buy online is not sold from them. They sell stuff to Walmart and Amazon be careful that they are not a seller and their customer service will never return calls to you and you to phony track number so you cannot see when your packages are being deliver to you.

I ordered an Acer Chromebook from Walmart.com and the Third Party Seller was Endear Distributors. Today I received my package but instead of getting a $400 Chromebook I received a $4.99 Flash Drive! I would understand if you sent the wrong Chromebook but an error this huge is ridiculous! I was told I have to wait 24-48 for Endear to contact me regarding the error. I'm pretty sure from the reviews I've read about this company that this will probably not happen.

I ordered a wi-fi mesh router from Endear. I need it urgently. I got a delivery date of 8 days later - not great, but it's what I had to live with. Three days before it was supposed to be delivered they cancelled the order because "the address I specified could not be delivered to." It's a single family house in a residential neighborhood. Amazon delivers there just fine. I called Walmart to find out what happened. 24 hours later I got an email saying my order got cancelled because of a "clerical error."

They take orders they have no intention of filling and then they give you BS in response to queries. I'll never buy from Walmart on-line again because of this, and I'll certainly never buy from these guys again.
