The product lists 1 year warranty on other sites but is in fact false advertising at best!
Warranty phone number and email get no replies and only replied after submitting a compliant to BBB and Consumer Protection Bureau.
The Warranty responses are 1 line and few words and take days to respond and get a response back making issue resolution times into weeks and months. Paying to having something shipped back is not professional during warranty period due to an obvious defect and then making customer sign a new warranty agreement with shortened 6 month window is also not right!
Simply put there are other more reliable manufactures to purchase from!
