Avoid these people. I returned a defective product, and they said I return the wrong serial number. That was impossible! They proceeded to cancel my order, keep my product, refunded me, one penny, of the $149 I spent with them. Amazon was of no help, because this company claimed they did refund my money, one cent. They’re good at what they do. Steal your product in your money at the same time.

Total scammers. Bought something on Amazon from them. Embie then canceled the transaction due to pricing error. Embie is TERRIBLE.

Ordered a ryobi trimmer from Embie through Walmart.com. Came in Cracked and broken so I returned through Walmart. A month later I got an email that says I didn’t send back the same item they sent. They deserve no stars!!!!! Thief!! What a freaking scammer!!!!!

Charged $51.99 express shipping.

Seller sent regular mail.

Rip off.

I ordered an item from Amazon on 5/8/2021 and the seller was Embie Industries. Today is 5/21/2021 and the item has not arrived! Never again!!!!!!

Buyer beware when dealing with Embie Industries. Mark (owner) and company have a history of poor customer service. I ordered a trimmer from them back in late May of 2020. The boxed was delivered with no bottom to the box, shipping tape pulled open and a locking pin missing. After almost six weeks of going back and forth, I was credited a partial refund(minus restock fee) which conscientiously equaled their original shipping cost to me. DO NOT buy from this internet company! !!!!!

I ordered an item from on June 13. the shipping label was created on the 14th. Package wasnt received by the Post Office till the 21st.....This was supposed to be delivered in 2 business days..... Buyer beware!
