Absolutly the worst company I've ever done business with. False advertisement, fraud, and pure stupidity. I will be contact the BBB and walmart coorperate and have this scam shut down. Ordered a mirror got a plastic bag full of black shitty plastic with scratches all over it that look like my 3 year old cut them out. Not a single mirror.
EEEKit does not deserve to be a Marketplace seller on Walmart.com. I received my order for a grill cover and immediately upon opening I realized that the quality was not what I expected. I contacted Walmart.com to initiate a return (at my expense). EEEKit contacted me and suggested that it was too much trouble to return it, and for me to accept a $2 credit to keep it instead. When I refused, they come back again with a $3 credit, then again with a $4 credit... until I finally had to tell them to just SHUT UP and give me an RMA! I shipped my item back at my expense, but almost 3 weeks later I did not get my refund. I finally complained to Walmart.com and they made an adjustment to credit me. EEEKit never bothered to respond. Scammers.
Complete ripoff ordered a ps3 duel charger that will not fit both control wands despite it showing such on the walmart.com site. When I contacted them regarding returning said item they responded by offering a less then 1/3 rd refund and keep the item as will likely be damaged shipping back . Makes me wonder how many time they have done this. Shame on you Wal-Mart for allowing this crap.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my product at the end of May. It left Fremont and passed through San Leandro, California on May 22 and has sitting in Urbancrest, Ohio since May 26 with a shipping status “delayed”. Every attempt to contact the sellers routes me back to Walmart.com and no closer to finding the status of my package. Will never order from this company again.

I bought Dec 20th a Bluetooth Audio Transmitter for TV, Universal Wireless USB Audio Transmitter Dongle Connected 3.5mm Audio Devices for Home Stereo System and I did not receive it via USPS. I claim it via Walmart customer care team service and I don't receive any answer from EEEkit, You call them and nobody answers in their Customer Service only a recording. Silence is the worst thing for any seller

If I could give a 0 rating I would, worst customer service. I asked for a refund and I was given the runaround. I kept getting email offering me a partial refund and I told them I would accept a full refund but the emails kept coming. I contacted Walmart and was told the company was a market place seller and they had no control over them. If Walmart lets scammer like EEEKit to sell on it's website I won't buy from Walmart again. I finally accepted a partial refund because I was tired of the back and forth, I was told to keep the item but I have no use for it. BEWARE of EEEKit
I give this company less than 0 stars. We received a radio that we cannot connect to any radio stations in our area. And we have asked how to return it. And the reply was our records show it was delivered on 8/21/19. Please check your mailbox. And I reiterated that we aren't happy and want to return it. No response.
HORRIBLE! I didn't receive the product I ordered as it was returned to the seller. I have the USPS proof but still they are of ZERO help. Newegg already stopped using them as a supplier. Walmart should do the same. Never again. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM EEEKIT! ZERO STARS!
Ordered a Dash Cam that was first advertised incorrectly (same pics as a similar item we'd purchased & now wanted a second one for another vehicle); yet when it arrived I knew it was a slightly different (*and somewhat inferior) model.
On installing a 64GB card the camera failed to work indicating I needed to 'Please format the card'; yet the product specifications in the online description stipulated 128GB storage support?
On contacting EEEKit, firstly with no apology, they simply mentioned that this product only supports up to 32GB!? Further, in spite of me asking for a refund, they then said can I check if it works with a 32 GB card? (*Like somehow I just happen to have several lying around??).
I contacted Walmart, and given it's a third party provider, I can not simply take the unit back into a store.
So I reluctantly purchased a 32GB card & strangely enough, the Dash Cam did then work for a week, before the same 'Please format the card' notice came up again - so evidently there is something wrong with this unit.
So, I once again contacted EEEKit & requested a refund, only to now be told can I send them a video to prove the unit doesn't work!?
Never have I had such a hassle trying to simply return an item to Walmart!
Buyer be aware of purchasing anything from EEEKit (*or any third party for that matter).
I give this company zero stars. Only one of two orders arrived. The second order has been rescheduled for delivery three times now (April 30, May 4, and May 5). I still don't have the order and the tracking indicates that the package has bounced between Freemont, CA, Okland, CA, San Francisco CA, and Los Angeles, CA from April 26th through May 5th. Latest tracking shows that the package has now left LA at 11:00 am on May 5th. It will be interesting to see what the new delivery date will be. Walmart.com was of no help at all, so I give them zero stars also. Never again will I order anything from either company.
