I placed an order for 3 cameras on 11/23/23. I spent $648. A label was created on 11/24/23. There has been absolutely no updates to my order. Walmart has sent them 3 messages and so have I and there has yet to be a response. These are Christmas gifts for my 3 daughters and if they don't arrive their Christmas is ruined. I don't feel I will get them because now on mine it says the items are out of stock in all 3 colors I ordered pink, navy, and black. The phone number they provide just rings and is a general voicemail with no greeting. I work hard for my money and recently lost my husband and both parents and am raising 10 children alone (not all my children. 5 of mine, 2 foster, and 3 grandchildren) on my single income. As someone who is a retail area manager this is not the customer service or experience I would deliver nor expect. FIX IT!

Purchased three memory card holders on Walmart.com with this seller. Items arrived incomplete. Contacted them about the discrepancy. Have heard nothing back from them. I do not recommend them at all!

I ordered an item through Walmart from you company. The item stated it could be returned through a Walmart store. So I received the package the plastic case was cracked because it was shipped in a bubble wrap small envelope. Who would send a plastic case in a bubble wrap case to begin with. The item was not damaged but the case was. The item was as expected. Walmart made the return and the item ended up back on my door step. It's apparent your relationship with Walmart needs some work. I am now stuck with an item I cannot return. Along, with your company and Walmart.com I will not order from either any longer. Not sure what either company expects from customers but it certainly isn't as Walmart stated. We are the store and not the internet site. So I will be sending the same review on the Walmart.com site. Fix your issues for returns with Walmart or state you are a third party and do your own returns. Spend 30 minutes at the Estero, FL Walmart store and got nowhere.
