This company has false advertising of NSF, WQA & IAPMO certification. There is a banner at the bottom of the Waterdrop Filter website (https://www.waterdropfilter.com/) which advertises NSF, WQA & IAPMO certifications but does not specify for which model product. Be wary!!! When I inquired the manufacturer for a return and refund, they will not cover shipping costs and require a 20% restocking fee.
I bought 3 filters from EcoLife for a great price they sent me one and I have been calling every 3 days to resolve the issue and every time I never hear back,
I asked them just to credit my account since they would not send the rest of my order nothing finally I called and am going to dispute the charge on my card.
Worst company I have ever felt with don’t waist your time!
