Bought a battery for my laptop. It was advertised as new. When I received it, it was obviously rebuilt and partially charged. I installed it and it never charged fully and once it ran out of power, it was dead. I asked for a replacement and within a couple of days that one would not charge. I told them I wanted my money back and did not hear from them. I contacted them again and and was told that I am passed the refund stage but would gladly send me a replacement. I told them I do not want their trash. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They deserve zero stars!

i am still waiting for charger they said was gonna be here on december 9 on site they say it is shipping but has been in there new york facility since december 11 ??? i am in two states over do they want me to drive to new york and get my charger.i contacted company and am waiting on reply . next is Better Business Bureau... if this is a scam WALMART WILL BE EXPOSED for BBB disregard of real business that needs my money and works for it to do thinghs right

I have had a bad experience with this company. I ordered thru walmart and recieved this defective item. I have contacted Wal-Mart's customer service dept. twice with no response. Wal-Mart emailed me an said they contacted EBK Trading on my behalf. I have yet to hear from them. My personal opinion Wal-Mart should have something in place as good business practice since they are associating them selves with them. That is who I originally ordered through. I feel like this company is a sham an Wal-Mart is helping them by being the big guy on the front line an letting a shell company take your money.
