I had the same experience as all others. I ordered a sideboard from Walmart on March 22 and it appeared as shipped, but delayed for weeks and weeks. I emailed with them. Sounds like I got the same response as everyone else with no way to cancel the order because they claimed I was no longer eligible for even a partial ($250) refund of the $866 I paid. I finally called Walmart yesterday and they promised to issue a refund if there was no response from the seller within 48 hours. We will see how that plays out.

I agree with others that this appears to be a scam, which I'm surprised Walmart fell for.

The order never arrived. I placed the order on April 10 and its now May 5th and the order has not arrived. they provided a bogus tracking number. I called the shipper and used my address and tracking number and did not find anything

OMG, what a bunch of dumb monkeys these are. I purchased a fridge that was promised for delivery on March 12th.

I got a no-show. So I contacted the seller and got the, "oh its covid related," as noted in the other reviews.

I got a Bill of Lading number out of the seller that was only 9 digits, I think BOLs are longer but not sure.

Anyway, I contacted the logistic company and they had absolutely no record of me, my name, my phone number, this BOL. Nothing!

I tried for a week to get something out of the seller other than excuses and rhetoric. I checked the company, EAGLE GROUP NY and its's BS info shows some address in Brooklyn. I bet dollars to donuts they figured a way out how to rip off Walmart through their sellers' app and the only fool here is me for believing a multi-billion dollar corporation would allow unscrupulous sellers to sell on their website. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM WAL-MESSMART!

Pay attention to the emails that come from the seller if you risk buying from them. The tone is certainly not customer service oriented so that should be a clue.

Yes I made a post on here earlier in the week and I had got contacted back by this seller through email and Walmart customer service about my stove that I have not received and they said they insured me it’s in transit they contacted the carrier gave me the information and the carrier has no information whatsoever I called contact Walmart customer service and I’m getting a refund for my purchase because this company didn’t provide tracking told me there was no tracking the carrier said they don’t even do stuff without tracking and the item was due days ago and they sent me back some bogus email saying that here call the carrier yourself daily and here is the information they assured is it’s in transit all bogust. And I informed Walmart but it sounds like they have a third-party seller with a major issue

They are full of [email protected]#$%t. February 5th was when my stove was suppose to be delivered. After weeks of waiting I got in touch with them and I was told the delivery company was in an accident. Then weeks went by and I followed up. It was backordered and they were getting one within a week. It was coming to me. Nope that didn't happen. Finally I followed up again mind you the end of April. Heard nothing. Three days I followed up again. Nothing. Finally I got in touch with Walmart and told them that company is a scam. So it came down to Walmart only returning the money they were never suppose to charge my cc. So I paid interest for something I never received.

I ordered a new stove yesterday from Appliance Connection and its coming this week. So what exactly is your proble.

Please do not buy anything from this company ! This place is a scam ! I trusted them because they are selling through Walmart .. I was promised I was getting partial refunds in the amount of $450 and then an additional $250. My order was supposed to ship on 03/19 and I still have not received it . They provide no phone calls only email and when you speak to Walmart they have no idea how to get ahold of them either aside from email .. Walmart was terrible in assisting me with them . I will not be ordering from Walmart or This company in the future do to how poorly this situation was handled .

I ordered stove april12 due to arrive today 30th shipping shows half way tracking number invalid Walmart reached out I reached out no response so far. I have no idea whe. It’s coming who it’s shipped with or anything I’m shocked and discouraged as I could of got it else where by now

DO NOT BUY - SCAMMERS. Same experience as others below - I think the company is just a scam. At first got friendly messages assuring me the product would be sent but was delayed, but when I contacted the carrier was told nothing had ben shipped to me. They said the shipping delay was because the carrier (XPO) had closed due to COVID but XPO said they were never closed. They stopped responding after a few exchanges. Don't loose your time and money.

Did anyone receive their appliances? Did you contact Walmart? Shame on Walmart for not investigating these third party sellers. The seller page on the Walmart website only has one 5 star review. I was about to fall for it but I was skeptical based on the low prices and lack of history/information on this company. Thanks to everyone who posted here, hopefully it will help others as well.

I had the same experience as all the others. Ordered a range on February 20, was promised delivery March 12, but never showed. Tracking number given was bogus - shipping company has no record. Seller gave same story about a warehouse being shut down due to COVID, and offered a partial refund of $350 upon delivery. When I repeatedly asked for a way to verify with the shipping company, I got the runaround repeatedly. Strongly suspect fraud here.

The absolute worst! I ordered my refrigerator on January 24th, after it didn’t arrive by the specified time they started with every excuse in the book, the carrier had to shut down due to COVID, the shipment was lost (HOW does an entire refrigerator get lost), storms in Texas, now they have stopped responding all together. This is the most ridiculous buying experience I’ve ever had, these people should be banned from selling anything! It’s not February 28th and still nothing.

Literally the worst experience I have ever had and I can’t believe how horrible the customer service was. First of all they provide a phone number but NEVER answer and do not call back. I was suppose to get my refrigerator in January 28th. No one called me to tell me it wasn’t coming until I waiting 2 days to receive an email back. It is now February 23rd and I still have no fridge. They were extremely unprofessional, were very vague with responses. Provided me with the number of the carrier so I can call- they didn’t have record of my order anywhere! Even when I provided my tracking number, name, email, phone number. So I told eagle group and they said “we don’t know. You must have been speaking to the wrong department” ...no! They said they did deliver refrigerators but had no record of mine! Absolutely horrible and their emails back were just so rude..they did not care at all.
