Well, I am disappointed in Walmart for this miskaboble. Where is the item I so trusted Walmart to provide. I knew this company was the supplier, but Walmart should inspect the job that they are doing and they are not doing their job. I will never again order from DZT WORLDWIDE LLC. But I lost money, and I didn't get a gift for my grandchild in time for Christmas. And I, like everyone else have contacted the Walmart company for resolution three times now and I have had it. Walmart, drop this company and stop this madness. It looks real bad for you. I only lost about $11.00 total, so I count it a learning lesson for the future.

Looks like this company is trying to cheat Walmart Customers.

Walmart should not allow such company to spoil the reputation of Walmart.

Scam for sure. I never received the product ordered and got email stating they could not give me refund that I would have to appeal revoke....whatever that means. I contacted Walmart.com and was told I would receive refund in 7-10 days but still nothing so I called again, so will wait to see what happens. I can't believe that Walmart allows 3rd party vendors like this to represent them..I had no idea this is how Walmart.com operates. Never again with my money! Shame on you Walmart and this bogus company!!! A below 0 rating but I see this site won't even let you give less than one star....what a joke.

Terrible company - the item you rcv is MUCH LESS QUALITY than what you think you’re ordering. I never rcvd any information on how to track my item. I was given a broad delivery range. It came 1 day later than the last day given. Packaging was a disaster! I would give ZERO stars if possible! Walmart should ban them.

Well I have to agree with the previous reviews. The top I ordered is nothing like what was advertised. It is ridiculously small. Very disappointed, product is absolute junk.

Never received any of my products I purchased in OCTOBER when j tried to contact them as it says in the email they replied being so disgusted . I’m only putting one star bc it forces me to. I think it should be removed from the Walmart website.

Purchased a bluetooth car receiver, it failed in less than 60 days. Contact the customer service department & they replaced it with a new unit in less than 3 days. No charge! Great response time, no doubt....will use again

I have been trying to contact this company by email on how to return a product and they give the same response, what is the order number? I don't have an order number. My car cellphone holder arrived wrapped in bubble wrap and in a plastic bag. The shipping label on the outside was all I got. I think they are trying to discourage return requests, but I'm not going to stop trying because they have my money and I want it back!

these people are scam artist, ordered a jacket and never received it. they keep making excuses . Walmart allows this market place vendor to abuse customers. I will stop buying anything from Walmart or any of there market place vendors

This DZT is a scam and WALMART is allowing it to do so. My purchase showed and described ten fishing lures for one price,I only got one lure and it was very poor quality. They offered me 20% refund. I hold WALMART responsible and with christmas coming on, I'll shop elsewhere .

This company would not give me a full refund and instead responded with an email that was rather threatening if I returned the item for a full refund. Never ordering from them again. Buyer be ware!

Very disappointed in this company. They did not send me what I ordered, they sent something else that was similar. Thet acted like I did something wrong. Bad business for walmart to allow these crazies to be on walmart.com

this company is a scam. I ordered a shirt that was very small. I sent them an email as to how I can get a refund. They said they would credit me 20% and I can give the shirt as a gift. No, I want my damn money. I will go all over social media about them but I will keep trying to get reimbursed. This makes Walmart look bad. I will never order from this company again.

I have reached out several times to return an item and have received zero response even though I received an auto reply that DZT would respond in one business day (it’s been two weeks). Since seeing all the negative reviews with returns I will be calling my bank tomorrow to dispute the charge. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase from them and shame on Walmart for using such a crappy business.

I been trying to get back to DZT to return a watch that I did not order and was charge for also the watch does not work it was already used very disappointed don't know what to do to get my refund also disappointed in Walmart for using them. I rate them as very disappointing

Good luck returning anything!!! It's extremely frustrating trying to reach this seller to return an item that didn't fit. I tried 4 times contacting them, but I have yet to hear back from them!!! Extremely unhappy and I think Walmart should do something about it assisting their customers... I would have giving them zero star if I could

I ordered a cat tunner and it was so cheaply made and small.I tried to return it to Walmart and now see that I have to pay shipping for return.I will never buy from DZT!

TOTALLY agree with all of the previous reviews. These people are unprofessional & will not refund your full amount. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! I can't believe that Walmart has an association with them. Like others, I say they deserve 0 stars but you are forced to put 1 star to write a review.

Beware company offers only 20% on returns their e- mail said it is to complicated and to time consuming to offer full refund. Very disappointed this company is affiliated with wal mart.com.since we order items a lot. Never experienced this bad of a business.If you buy the size is not correct and they will keep your hard earned money. BEWARE

Everything previously said is TRUE! EH-VER-RY-THING! (I ordered a swimsuit) They told me NOT to return product but only refunded 30% of my money. NO WHERE does it state on their return policy this is how things would be handled. According to their CUSTOMER SERVICE INFORMATION, they accept goods back within 7 days with original packaging and they make sure you get 100% money back (I contacted them via email through walmart.com the next day after receiving.) I expressed to them my desire to simply EXCHANGE for a different size, which only requires them to send me an RMA#, which they state they would do on their RETURN POLICY. As much as I hate to I will have to chalk this up to a hard lesson learned! They should definitely be removed as a Walmart.com 3rd party seller! DZT WORLDWIDE IS NOT WORTHY OF ANY STAR!
