I also like the rest of these customer never received my order claimed it was shipped never received and tried to cancel order 3 times and received no response from the company. Only received a notice from Walmart that they had been notified. What I don't understand then I get a first class envelope thanking me for the order and wanting a five star rating what a joke. I wish I would have seen these review prior to confirming my order. Never again was a scam.

Never received order. Will never do business with your company. Not the way to start your small business. This is the first acknowledgment received in 2 months after emailing you four or five times. Will spread the word about your shady dealings.

Go with Amazon. This company is shady as all can be. They lure in customers with false prices that they do not honor. Walmart should ban them from the website. Would like to report them to Better Business Bureau and Attorney Generals Office.

Still trying to get my refund for order not fulfilled.

I also would leave zero stars. Found a great deal on a leaf blower/vac. A week after my order Dydi sent an email asking ME to cancel the order because they could not fill the order. Less than 5 hours later THEY cancelled the order. No refund was given. Currently fighting with Walmart.com for a resolution. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DYDI they are 100% scammers and making Walmart look bad.

I wish I could give no stars! The Same thing happened here. Ordered item from Walmart.com website because it was such a great deal. The order processed just fine. Several days later I get an email from the vendor (Dydi Invest) asking me to cancel the order because it is out of stock. I am guessing it looks worse for the vendor if they cancel the orders vs the customer cancelling an order. Especially if they are cancelling a large number of their processed orders. They had priced the item wrong and then didn't want to honor the price and fulfill the order or admit that they priced it wrong. It was priced 99% lower than all the other vendors selling the same item. $7 with free shipping vs $650 with the shipping for the others.

Myself and three friends ordered a camera on the Walmart app. Total of four orders. One camera was never received, another was canceled stating out of stock (even though the website showed plenty in stock), another received a scooter wheel instead of a camera, the last one was shipped to the wrong address. Needless to say, no camera were ever received.

Backstory..... the price for the camera was incorrect on the website (someone incorrectly entered the price as $19.49 instead of $549. The company found ways to either cancel or refund the buyers instead of honoring the price. This third party company is a scam.... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM through the Walmart App.

I agree with this previous review because the same thing happened to me. I purchased an acer swift 3 laptop via the Walmart app, Input my payment information, received a confirmation email and then was told it was “out of stock”. I was really disappointed because I really wanted that laptop for doing some work from home.

This company is extremely frustrating to work with. I placed an order on Walmart.com. The price was more than likely a mistake, but the order went through, a hold was placed on my card, and I got a confirmation e-mail.

The next day, I received an email from Walmart on behalf of the seller stating that they had to adjust/refund my order "due to damaged item". Then almost immediately following, I received another email from Walmart stating the order was cancelled "due to being out of stock", funny how two things could happen to an order. After chatting with a Walmart.com associate, he confirmed that the order did in fact go through and that the item had shipped. He gave me the FedEx tracking number. Fast forward to the delivery date, FedEx marks it as delivered but I have no item. After speaking to FedEx, they tell me that the name and address on the package do not match what I'm telling them but that I do have the correct tracking number. So on their end, that's all the could provide. They refer me to the seller as that is who is responsible for the shipping label. I speak again to Walmart.com and they confirm that my name and address are all correct on all order documents. They offer a refund. They also give me Dydi's contact information for me to speak to them regarding this error. Shockingly, no one answers the phone for Dydi.

So instead of emailing me and saying there was a pricing error - I get told first, it's damaged; then it's out of stock; then it magically gets delivered to the wrong address.

It isn't my fault there was a pricing error and the price should be honored. But instead, I am left dealing with a shady company who does not answer their phones and a very disappointed 4 year old that their gift is no where to be found.

I will stick to Amazon where their 3rd party sellers are not shady and can actually be contacted and who would actually follow through and send the item even though there was a mistake.
