I ordered [2-PACK] Microsoft surface Pro 4 SuperGuardZ Tempered Glass Screen Protector, and the screen protector cracked. Under the "Life Time Replacement Warranty" I requested a replacement and the company hasn't responded to emails or phone call. BeWare

I ordered Ipad protector glass, pkg of two, one came broken, one was fine. Almost a month later now and I cannot figure out how to contact them about the broken one. Ordered thru Walmart - Duraforcity.

I ordered a 44mm cover for my smart watch and received a iPhone cover instead. I have texted twice with problem and was told to text them pictures to see if we can resolve the issue. what a picture is going to clear things up, I ordered smart watch cover got iPhone cover. You don't need a picture to grasp that. I would hope that Walmart would step in and clear this up.

Purchased a 3 pack lens for our Fitbit versa , received order but container lens es were in was broken also lens shattered . Need refund or replacement, thanks

I returned item (ordered wrong size screen) as instructed for returns. The item was received Oct 6 and to date I am still waiting to see the credit appear on my credit card. It is not a large amount of money, but still, it should have been refunded after I went through all the trouble of mailing it back per instructions.

SO after getting my phone screen repaired I ordered a SuperGaurdZ tempered glass screen. I installed it per the directions and my screen is now inoperable. Probably because the directions didn't say to TURN THE PHONE OFF. So now I get to have my phone repaired again.
