I ordered a Motorola case (olive color) through Walmart, waited for almost a month just to be told today (10/16/2023) that my package was labeled as "lost" by Lasership courier. I will never order from Dteck specially if they use Lasership courier.

Took about a month for me to get product. My phone could of broke 20 by then. Just over all confused why it took so long. Wht did they have make it?? Even so it should not have took that long

We ordered a New Case for my New S21 PLUS Phone. We went on Walmart.com to place order. After 2 weeks of nothing & system said still Processing Order we called & Canceled item, since item was still in warehouse & they were still Processing the shipment for item. I was Credited on October 16th, 2021 for item $27.74 Then out of no where we get a surprise Charge for the Same amount $27.74 on November 5th, 2021. This Company Dteck Inc & Walmart.com can not explain why the recharge. They are stating that after the item was CANCELED & CREDIT back to me, they sent the item 6 days later anyways. Walmart.com & Dteck Inc admits item was canceled but Dteck Inc decided to send item anyways. The item was NEVER RECEIVED by us. The USPS where we live the mail Carrier has a habit of scanning packages and keeping packages, or mis delivery to other homes. To this day I am still trying to get refund from Walmart.com & Dteck Inc since I am pursuing this issue, Alex from Walmart.com Charge Back Department has FLAGGED my Walmart+ Account for this reason & has prevented me ordering anything else on Walmart.com I highly recommend everyone to NOT do business with this company or Walmart.com I am dealing with our Credit Card Department on this Charge. If I could give this company a ZERO RATING I WOULD, BUT THERES NO OPTION TO DO SO.

They advertised the wrong case would fit a Samsung notebook. Now this company won't send me a label to ship it back and get a full refund. They are very unreasonable and they take a long time to respond to your email. Their way of fixing it is either I pay to send it back and then they give me a full refund or I keep it and they give me a partial refund. I have never had this many problems with returning something that doesn't work. Very unreliable company, Wal-Mart should not be using this vendor. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

The cover is fine, the magnet doesn't always hold and the tip is always falling off the stylus!

I have been trying to reach your company since the end of July. Why is it so hard to find an email or a phone number.

I love the looks of my new case ordered from Walmart. I have a suggestion for you in regard to manufacturing. When I select to read horizontally, I cannot use the prop feature of my case. It is up side down. If you could please place the holes for the buttons, charger etc at both ends it would make your item even better. I cut holes in the other end so I could use it horizontal. If you want to really please me, send me another one when you re-manufacture it with holes at both ends.
