The products are fine. The prices are comparable to other companies. But the customer service is not so great. It is very hard to get In touch with someone if you have problems. They shipped me my subscription twice within a couple weeks and now they expect me to pay for return shipping. I will not order from here anymore. I checked around and it will be a few extra dollars but this company should not treat a good loyal customer this way that spends a lot of money with them because of my dry eyes.

This treatment was high pressure sold after responding to an ad on the internet.
Having suffered from Chronic Dry Eye Syndrome, I was a perfect candidate for this Laser treatment, as repeatedly told by the company representative, I FOOLISHLY BOUGHT IT!
I informed the Optometrist administering the series of 4 treatments, that following the 2nd treatment, there was NO improvement in my dry eyes, if anything, my eyes were worse! .
I was promptly told it was too soon to judge, as I hadn’t completed the PREPAID treatments. BEWARE OF FALSE REVIEWS & advertisements!
Dry Eye Rescue Treatments are costly and INEFFECTIVE!
